Right in the heart of McCall, this bright Aspen Village townhome puts the best of the area within easy reach. Walk to Payette Lake, downtown restaurants, coffee shops, and nearby parks, then come home to enjoy resort-style community amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and sports courts. With a cozy fireplace, private patio, and family-friendly layout, it’s an easy home base for relaxing mountain getaways in every season.



The Space:

Everything here is set up to make your stay simple and enjoyable. It’s a great fit for families, with plenty to keep kids busy between the pools and playground, while still offering space to unwind with the sauna and indoor lap pool. After a day out, you’ll have a comfortable place to relax, whether that means time on the patio in the warmer months or cozy evenings inside when it’s cooler.



THE HOME:

The Ponderosa at Aspen Village is a townhome set up for an easy, comfortable stay with shared living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The layout works well for families or small groups, with space to relax without feeling crowded.

Guaranteed, free parking for two vehicles, with one garage space and one additional designated spot. Limited guest parking may be available for short-term use. Boats, trailers, and snowmobiles are not permitted within the complex, but snowmobile trailers can be parked in the nearby golf course lot during winter.

- Donnelly (about 15 minutes south): A quieter lakeside town near Lake Cascade with a laid-back feel. It’s also home to Tamarack Resort, where you can enjoy skiing, mountain biking, live music, and events throughout the year for more of a resort-style experience.

- Cascade (about 30 minutes south): A relaxed lake town centered around Lake Cascade, known for its easy pace and outdoor access. It’s a great spot for boating, fishing, and beach days in the summer, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the water.

Ponderosa at Aspen Village is conveniently located, without the hassle and noise of lakefront properties. The unit was spacious, well-maintained and clean. The only drawback was the ongoing road construction at several points around the property, but this is (hopefully) a temporary issue.

Comfortable, quiet get-away!

Overall, we loved our stay! Everything was clean when we arrived. It was very quiet and we loved how close it was to the golf course and state park. The only reason we are giving this a four rather than five star rating is that the pool and hot tub were being resurfaced during the time we stayed so we were not able to use them. One of the reasons we booked this property over other choices was because it listed it had a pool and hot tub so this was a bit disappointing but all in all, we were very happy with our stay otherwise and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
