5 Bed 2 Bath Hot Tub Grill Pizza Oven Pets

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
Beautiful mountain views, relax in a spacious vacation rental that comfortably sleeps 12 guests. This whole house rental is located just 15 minutes from the resort town of Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, where you can relax in the soothing hot springs or plenty of other adventures close by. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable main spaces, and cozy beds for 12. We are located near the train tracks, so noise is expected occasionally.

Kitchen - We have thought this thru and have equipped the kitchen with anything you could possibly need. Coffee and Hot Cocoa Bar with all of the fixings.
Main Areas - 2 spaces one with comfy sectional sofa and 55" TV for relaxing with friends and loved ones. The other with Xbox game and game pass, Table for game playing Board Games, Connect 4 wall game and under stair kids space for reading and playing. The space downstairs has a futon that sleeps 21 and a King Size Bed.
Bedroom 1 has 2 beds a King and a Queen with 55" TV.
Bedroom 2 has a King Size Bed.
Bedroom 3 has a Full Size Bed.
Bathroom 1 has a full with Tub/Shower Combo
Bathroom 2 has separate jetted tub and a walk in shower. 2 Vanities

This is a whole house that is set up for full access to guests

We are not onsite but have people close by if needed and are always available for questions and concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was super clean and family friendly. We stayed with our adult children and 2 little grandchildren. It was very relaxing, and only a 10 minute drive from lava hot springs. The hosts were very responsive and access to the property was straight forward and exactly as described.

Cute, Clean, Well Organized

Very clean, nicely stocked, well laid out little house. Air conditioning is only in the main space, not in bedrooms.Only one bedroom has two beds. Nice bathtubs in both bathrooms. The trains make this a no repeat for me.

Very nice home and accommodations

This home is newly renovated and is so nice and decorated cute and cozy. The beds were nice and comfortable. The bedding was even cozy. Nice playroom for the kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and using the Blackstone grill. There’s also a pizza oven and fire pit. The kitchen was VERY WELL stocked. They even have extra things in like spices, flour, sugar and other baking supplies. The host used great attention to detail when stocking the home with supplies. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s about 12-15min drive to the Lava Hot Springs Olympic pool and hot pools. The home is right next to the railroad track which my kids loved watching the trains go by. Overall, we had a very enjoyable trip and the home was amazing.

Updated, organized and fun

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It had plenty of room for the 3 families that went. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It is near train tracks so you hear a horn blow occasionally but it was a source of entertainment to watch it go by. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Brilliant Ammeneties!

This is hands down the best organized and stocked rental we've ever stayed at. They considered all of the needs of the renters. 10000000% will be back to this one when we want to visit the hot springs again!
