This spacious, 2100+ square foot home boasts three gorgeous bedrooms (King, King, Queen, Queen) and two additional comfy sofa beds (Queen) to accommodate a total of 10 guests comfortably. Each room has nightstands, a dresser, and a Smart TV.

We provide clean, luxury linens and full bed bug encasements on every bed. Every single linen is washed between each guest. This is not a local standard and your safety and a sanitary home are our top priority.

Three full bathrooms make it easy to get ready for the day. All bathrooms equipped with a vanity, mirrors and shower/tub combinations.

Friends and loved ones can enjoy each others’ company thanks to the open-concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals, including a coffee bar, plates, cutlery, a toaster oven, blender, griddle, hand mixer, crockpot, pots and pans, and so much more. There is also a large dining room table for up to eight guests and an additional four seats along the bar.

The living room is a cozy gathering place in the house. The vaulted ceilings, oversized furniture, and gas fireplace will have you feeling at home in no time. Settle in and stream your favorite shows from the large, wall-mounted flat-screen Smart ROKU TV.

The game room is located on the lower level and features skee-ball, pin-ball, a Pac-Man arcade game, a pool table, a large SmartTV and comfortable seating. Challenge your buddy to a friendly game of pool, or sit back and catch the big game on TV.

The oversized deck overlooking Wisp Resort is another highlight of the home. You can take in scenic views from every angle, BBQ some tasty meals on the grill, or simply kick back on one of the chairs with your morning coffee.

A hot tub is also a great option for relaxing and it’s located right outside the patio door overlooking the mountains with spectacular views. There is also a fire pit located in the backyard, perfect for late-night stargazing or s’more making!

A short 5 minute drive to private lake access, where you can drop in a canoe or kayak and explore the lake. There is also a private picnic pavilion area and restroom area at the lake access point.

I’ve been coming to DCL to ski my whole life, and Slippery Slope cabin was one of the best places I’ve stayed in. The hosts thought of everything! And the view and proximity to the ski slopes (quick walk across the parking lot) were amazing! Definitely stay here!

We had skiers and non skiers in our group and the coziness and location of this home made it perfect for us! Great places to eat and shop nearby and easy access to the slopes. Check in and out process was simple and efficient and the owners were responsive and informative!

We stayed at Slippery Slope with another family of four (kids ages range from 5-12) and had a great time! The property was perfect, location to Wisp couldn’t have been better. The kids loved the game room!

The cabin was super clean. The property manager was great with questions/ check in. Loved the smore kit. Kids (ages 3-5) really enjoyed playing downstairs in the game room while adults hung out upstairs. Really appreciate that both rooms upstairs had king beds. Great stay!

Great Cabin on the mountain

Great cabin, perfect for 2, 4 or more. Very clean and well maintained, owners were in contact through the entire stay - very helpful on providing information of the local area. Very helpful for us first timers to Deep Creek Lake. Would definitely return in the future.

Loved everything except the noise from the road while sleeping, particularly the salt trucks scraping the road. Great accommodations and location. Prefer staying at the bottom of the mountain, faster to get to the kids/beginner ski area.

Our family decided to try something different this year. We wanted to go away and very happy we did. We enjoyed the accommodations, how clean the house was, and the proximity to the ski slopes. We took a variety of walks and even saw the baby bears. Great weather and we would recommend to friends. Thank you for the great experience. Hope to come back again.

This is a fabulous new property! Proximity to Wisp makes it even better than ski in/ski out.

We had a wonderful weekend at this new property. Location is an easy walk (in ski boots) to Wisp. Even better than ski in/ski out because of the beautiful view of the slopes from the hot tub on the front porch. property owners were very attentive and responsive. Added thoughtful perks - hot cocoa bar and s’mores fixins supplied. Will definitely return to this property.

This was a wonderful place to stay in. It was a short ride away from the lake or hiking trails. Jill & Brian made sure we had everything we needed & then some. It has 3 big bedrooms each with its own bathroom very spacious. the basement has arcade games, small pool table. This is a location that you can visit summer for the Lake & winter for the skiing which is right outside their door. Thank You for a wonderful stay

Great weekend stay!

The house is very clean, and it has everything you need and then some. The owners really put a lot of thought into everything. The game room was a huge hit for us, and we had lots of family competitions going on. We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The s’mores station was a very nice treat! The house is located at the base of the wisp ski resort, and we had a great long weekend. We would love to come back in the winter!

Much needed family together time

Spacious and spotless. 4 adults and 5 kids had a comfortable stay. Bed linens and towels were meticulous. Owner went above and beyond with charcuterie board and Smore station. Kids enjoyed game room. Walking to Wisp was convenient. Sitting in the hot tub watching the skiers come down the slope was fun.

Excellent cabin at WISP near Deep Creek Lake

The property was clean and comfortable. The TVs were plentiful and all worked well. The back deck, hot tub and fire pit were great. Everything was very comfortable and close to activities in Deep Creek Lake. One improvement though would be some better knives in the kitchen. It is frustrating and also quite dangerous to have knives that dull and cheap. But overall a great stay. Josh and Aly Guyan

Beautiful, Relaxing and Fun!

This property is very well maintained. Perfectly located for those who love nature but do not want to be in the "deep woods". Beautiful views of the Wisp slopes, great spot to watch the sunset on the deck, or take an evening soak in the hot tub. This house offers an amazing retreat for young and old, whether you like gaming in the rec room equipped with a pool table, skeet ball, pinball machine , and Ms. Pac Man arcade game; or if you enjoy curling up with a book in front of the gas fireplace, or roasting marshmallows and making smores around the fire pit. We were able to do it all and we had a ball! It was a beautiful, peaceful, and fun time. Already planning our return!

Another Great Experience

We first stayed at this property very shortly after it opened years ago. The house is clean and spacious. The living room is so comfortable with the fireplace and the game room is so much fun to hang out, listen to music and play games. We built a fire in the fire pit and spent time in the hot tub each night. There's everything you would need in the kitchen (Even though we didn't cook) and plenty of towels with laundry on site, Being right at the base of the Wisp it was a short walk to the mountain coaster each morning and you aren't far from anything around the lake. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Depp Creek and we were so happy that the availability matched up with our trip. Check in and check out is so easy and any questions you may have are answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful fun place to stay.
