Beautiful, light filled top floor apartment with large outdoor space in a traditional, vibrant Envigado neighborhood. This apartment is walking distance (not hilly!) to everything you will need, shopping, cafes and restaurants as well as a park and outdoor gym directly across the street! The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and has easy access to metro, taxis, uber, and other public transportation. The home has been recently updated to suit your needs!

The space is a traditional Envigado flat with good space and light. The balcony is large, adding more communal living space, and overlooks the park. The apartment is equipped with all basic amenities to make you feel at home and to entertain guest! TV's in each bedroom and in the living rooms. Gusts also have access to washing machine and dryer.
