This beautiful vacation home is just a short walk of about 250 meters from the nearest beach and is located near the protected landscape of Cape Kamenjak. It has a private pool and a beautiful garden with a covered dining area with gas barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining and cozy summer evenings. The villa consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. One bedroom is located on the first floor and has two separate beds, while the other 2 bedrooms are spread over the upper floor and also benefit from a lovely balcony from which you can enjoy the magnificent sea views. The open plan main room on the first floor is simple and modern but furnished with attention to detail and is divided into the fully equipped kitchen, the living area with fireplace and satellite TV and the dining area with direct dial telephone access to the garden and pool. This villa offers modern accommodation combined with the inviting private pool and a great location - all for an unforgettable vacation in Istria! Premantura is surrounded by nature in a way that not many places can boast. To the south of the town is Cape Kamenjak - a nature reserve, 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 km of indented coastline. There are many rocky beaches and pebble coves. In a relatively small area, there are 530 plant species, including 20 different orchid species, some of which are endemic. For this reason, there are no campsites, hotels or similar in this area. When visiting Cape Kamenjak, do not miss a great attraction - jumping from high cliffs with torches. Due to the favorable winds, it is ideal for water sports from summer to late autumn. At the end of October, the attractive meeting of surfers takes place. For those who want to immerse themselves in the fascinating underwater world, there are many diving centers in the city. This is one of the few destinations with a beach for the visually impaired.
