Very nice 90m2 apartment overlooking a large sunny garden with a view of Mont Charvin. 40m2 terrace where it is nice to relax or have meals both in winter and summer.
On the garden level (possibility of illuminating it in the evening): Large living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 master suite with 160 cm bed and bathroom/wc, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and its shower room/wc . Tidy and cosy apartment close to town.Great skiing. Megeve is a classic French ski destination. Snow landed 2x during the week making it a picture-perfect destination but it was very brown when we arrived

Our family spent 18 nights in this apartment. The apartment was excellent with great facilities and very close to the shops, restaurants and chamois telecabines (all within walking distance). It is a well equipped, warm, comfortable home in truly magical surroundings. The kitchen has everything you need for a long or short stay. There are plenty of towels, bed linen etc. The laundry downstairs is very handy for long stays. Nicole, the owner, is very pleasant, responsive and great to deal with. Upon walking into the apartment you are greeted with the sight of the apartment's enclosed garden through the large glass doors. The backdrop is picturesque, very beautiful. Our children especially enjoyed the snow filled garden and it was a real pleasure to return to the apartment each day to unwind and relax after skiing.

APPARTEMENT CHALET DOUILLET ET CHALEUREUX

Il ne manquait rien dans cette location. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour se passe bien. La cuisine est complÚte pour concocter de bons petits plats. TrÚs calme; vous dormirez à poings fermés. Chaud et confortable. Pas loin de la station de ski MEGEVE ROCHEBRUNE. 7 minutes à pied pour skier et 7 minutes pour rejoindre le centre du merveilleux village.Je recommande.

Adorable appartement aux allures de chalet

Appartement chaleureux et fonctionnel Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied du centre-ville et des remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques (la montĂ©e au retour est plus dure que l’aller !). La chambre sĂ©parĂ©e est tout Ă  fait adaptĂ©e aux familles avec adolescent. La vue est dĂ©gagĂ©e et l’environnement trĂšs calme. Place de parking couverte. Certains lits peuvent effectivement ĂȘtre un peu justes Ă  deux mais il y a Ă©galement un couchage d’appoint. En tout cas, avec nos trois enfants, nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour formidable.

What an amazing apartment! We absolutely loved the location and the beautiful terrace. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend for children. Ours just loved the grounds of the apartment and the wonderful garden.

Nous avons passĂ© Ă  5 un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cet appartement trĂšs lumineux, spacieux et Ă  la dĂ©coration soignĂ©e, telle un chalet. Le gros plus est la terrasse avec le petit jardin et sur la droite la belle vue montagnes. Il ne manque rien dans la cuisine Ă  l’équipement complet. Raclette, fondue, tout y est ! Les lits sont trĂšs confortables. Les salles de bain et douche sont belles et modernes. Le gardien qui vous accueille est trĂšs sympathique. L’immeuble est trĂšs calme. La 3eme chambre plus petite est totalement indĂ©pendante de l’appartement. Elle se situe Ă  l’étage infĂ©rieur de l’immeuble, de mĂȘme que la machine Ă  laver. Elle est parfaite pour 1 ou 2 ados qui veulent s’isoler ou dans notre cas pour un ami adulte qui voyageait avec nous. L’appartement est situĂ© Ă  7 minutes de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine du centre ville qui va vers la caboche. A l’aller c’est tout en descente, au retour tout en montĂ©e donc peut ĂȘtre 10 minutes. On accĂšde Ă  l’appartement par le garage de l’immeuble.

TrĂšs belle semaine de NoĂ«l en famille, dans un appartement dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, une sensation d’un « chez soi » trĂšs agrĂ©able. Tout est conforme au descriptif , et encore mieux en vrai ! We like the location- half way to Rochebrune ski lifts and to Megeve centre, all walking. The flat is great - large living room with very nice fireplace and huge terrace, big dining table, new kitchen, 2 nice bedrooms. Underground parking is very convenient too. The hosts are very nice and the buildings' concierge is very helpful. All good for us, we'd love to be back one day

TrĂšs beau souvenir!

Le chalet des Dereumaux était tout ce que nous recherchions pour passer un beau moment en famille à MegÚve. TrÚs propre et full équipé (cuisine, wifi, linge de maison,...), ce chalet est également décoré avec goût et trÚs agréable lorsqu'on rentre d'une journée de ski. La chambre double séparée à l'étage du dessous dispose de sa propre salle de bain et est aussi trÚs cosy. Le village de MegÚve et la télécabine du Chamois sont à 10 min à pied du chalet. Il y a aussi une place de parking garantie à l'intérieur et un parking extérieur. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

FRANCAIS Nous-venons de superbes vacances dans cet appartement. Tout d'abord la propriĂ©tĂ© est impeccablement propre, chaleureux et grande dispose d'installations. Le design et le mobilier est un mĂ©lange de traditionnel et contemporain Qui style alpin donne Ă  l'appartement une ambiance merveilleuse, confortable et accueillant. Les portes Ă  ouverture large et le jardin sont une caractĂ©ristique qui offrent une vue spectaculaire sur la vallĂ©e de la chaĂźne de montagnes Ă  proximitĂ©. Ce serait un vĂ©ritable atout dans les mois les plus chauds. En hiver, il offre une vue dĂ©gagĂ©e sur les montagnes supĂ©rieures afin que vous puissiez voir ce que les conditions sont comme pour le ski. L'emplacement Ă©tait une trĂšs forte points positifs pour nous. Il est Ă  seulement cinq minutes Ă  pied au cƓur de MegĂšve et environ 6 minutes remonter la pente. Si vous skiez, remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques de Rochebrune sont Ă  seulement cinq minutes Ă  pied Principalement horizontale. Si vous voulez Ă©viter les files d'attente au Chamois ascenseur monter les pentes et Ă  la fin de la journĂ©e pour revenir en ville Alors Rochebrune est une option recommandĂ©e. Enfin, le propriĂ©taire Nicole est un dĂ©lice Ă  traiter. Elle est trĂšs utile et des communications claires Fournit en commençant par le processus de rĂ©servation initiale jusqu'Ă  la logistique pratiques Quand vous y arrivez. Je recommande vivement cette propriĂ©tĂ©. Rob (UK) ENGLISH We-have just returned from a superb holiday in this apartment. Firstly the property is immaculately clean, warm and has great facilities. The design and furniture is a mix of traditional and contemporary alpine style which gives the apartment a wonderful, comfortable and homely vibe. The location was a very strong plus points for us. It is only five minutes’ walk into the heart of Megeve and about 6 minutes back up the hill. If you are skiing, Rochebrune ski lifts are only a five minute mainly horizontal walk. If you want to avoid the queues at the central Chamois lift going up the slopes and at the end of the day to get back into town then Rochebrune is a recommended option. Lastly, the owner Nicole is a delight to deal with. She is very helpful and provides clear communications starting with the original booking process right through to the practical logistics when you get there. I would strongly recommend this property.
