This spacious and fully furnished apartment features an innovative podium recreation deck with hot spas and state of art kitchen with modern Miele stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops. The apartment has an open plan living/dining with reverse air conditioning.

The space
Apartment can easily fit 4 people. Its very spacious. Guest will have access to gym, hot spa and open door swimming pool which are located on the fifth floor of the building 24/7. Also, there will be free car park on the 3rd floor of the building.

Guest access
Free unlimited fiber broadband (Wi-Fi) that is extremely fast. Also, Netflix, hot spa, open door swimming pool, free dedicated car parking and that situated on the third level, washing machine dryer, fridge freezer and sophisticated and well equipped kitchen.

Other things to note
I provide complimentary break-fast and fresh fruits to all my guests on their arrivals. There will be always fresh bread, full cream milk, low-fat milk, eggs, and fruits in the fridge freezer and well equipped and modern kitchen with basic cooking needs to give them a warm welcome to all my respected guests. It is one of the way to treat my guest with the highest respect and give them the warm home feeling.

Everything went smoothly with our stay in Melbourne. Mohammed was a very responsive host. The apartment is in a fantastic part of Melbourne. It is one short block away from the Shrine of Remembrance and a tram stop that connects you with all of Melbourne. The apartment was well laid out with everything we needed for a month's stay. It was also very quiet in a secure building. I would stay here again.

Perfect location

The proprty is in a perfect spot, close to two mini marts, easy access to tram into the CBD, an easy walk to the Shrine of Remembrance, botanic gardens, National Gallery of Vic, etc. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable and the linen of good quality. Access details to the apartment where provided on the day of arrival, but only after asking for them. The complimentary breakfast items were not supplied and after querying the absence, we received the following response from the host ... "Please note that breakfast is complimentary and not included in your booking. I would be happy to provide you with coffee capsules, jam and bread. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can purchase some bread, jam, eggs, and i will reimburse you." There were also numerous partly used food items left in the fridge. That said, our host (Aj) was very responsive when we pointed out that there was no hair dryer, purchasing a replacement straight away, and also was quick to solve the lack of Netflix access.We would very happily stay again.

Apartment was ok there was a mix up with wotif as I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people and on arrival we got a one bedroom apartment for only 2 people there was a sofa bed but not comfortable for 2 larger people and when we moved it so we could make bed up it has not been cleaned underneath for a very long time dirty underwear plus a lot of dust was found but overall it has lots of things in the apartment that where excellent well go again
