The property is presented online as a modern and clean looking apartment. My experience was - to be dropped off by taxi at midnight in front of a pink bricked 1970's looking dimly lit, unkempt 2 storey building. Yuk. ThenI spent 10 minutes unable to open the key box.. Not happy.

Discussed with the whole lot

Tv didn’t work they wanted me to take photos of the problem and fix it myself (an impossibility) no wifi, dirty, people yelling and slamming doors all and every night No one there to help with anything even through all phone numbers and websites
