A country retreat in the heart of St Kilda, this 4 bed house is set in a park-like front garden, offering all the amenities of a home away from home.

Turn the corner and you’re in the heart of Acland Street, located a 7 minute walk from the beach and just 3 minutes from central Acland Street, you won’t believe the serenity of the street.

Four rooms, large kitchen-meals, living, flexible space, outdoor spa, and ample study zones, this period home comes with central heating/cooling, a log burner, piano, and a large relaxing front and rear garden. Accommodates flexibly up to 8 adult guests, including 1 queen ensuite room, one queen room, one double loft room and one double room. One on-street parking permit is provided

If you’d like to request your stay, simply send a bio of you and your guests and tell us about your stay and any special requirements.

Guests can access all parts of the house, however the driveway is shared with a guest house for access purposes only. The guest house is separated by a roller door and is occupied separately.

Strictly no parties, no photography or filming. Guests are asked to leave the home in a clean, tidy and orderly state, and limit outside noise after 10pm. Only plastic glasses (provided) can be used in the spa area. This is a non-smoking house, we ask that you smoke outdoors.

Please bear in mind the driveway access is shared with another guesthouse. The guesthouse is then separated by a roller door for privacy.
