Quachita Depot in Mena

This house is very nice with very comfortable beds.. The location is close to everything downtown yet still has easy access to the trails.. The porch was wonderful.. While not riding we stayed out on the porch most of the time... The owner was fantastic to work with.. We really enjoyed our weekend!

Great House with a excellent location

This house is such a cute farmhouse style home. The furniture was actually comfortable. It has plenty of bedrooms and the property has been completely renovated. I could not figure out the TV remotes however, for us that was not a problem. The house is very close to the downtown area of Mena so you can walk to the shops and restaurants. We made some great memories and I highly recommend!

Family Reunion Weekend

We meet every other year for a family reunion. This was our first stay at The Depot. We were very happy with the house. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and utensils. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows and blankets. Everything we needed. Very homey and comfortable. The big porch is such a bonus. Perfectly located for everything we wanted and needed to do. We hope to make this our go to spot for family trips on the future.

The Ouachita Depot

The Ouachita Depot was in a great location to town, one block from the main road! The down fall, you could hear the train and it's horn every time it came through town. The space of 5 bedrooms was wonderful, but the lay out of the bathrooms was odd. You had to go through the other bedrooms to reach 1 of the 2 bathrooms. Overall a good stay!

Awesome house!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The house was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was immaculate. We were within walking distance of downtown and close to hiking in Ouachita National Forest and Queen Wilhelmina State Park. Tonya was the perfect host. She responded immediately to every question and left great snacks for our arrival. She even sent her daughter over to light the fire pit for us when we could not figure out how to light it. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely House from the 1900s

This was a great renovation from the 1900s. It is renovated with 5 bedrooms which we used for our family gathering for our Aunt's 80-year-old birthday. When we had a problem with the internet (our son unplugged it on accident), the owners came right over and fixed our mistake. The house has a nice and cozy feel too it but is very large. The driveway is a shared driveway and only one car can park there as it is shared with the neighbor next door. Great place and would definitely stay again.
