Beautiful newly renovated house with direct access to the sea at Cala en Forcat. It is ideal for large groups, very spacious, and filled with natural light in all rooms.

The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large porch with sea views and a traditional farmhouse table, perfect for enjoying summer dinners. Inside, upon entering, there is a double en-suite bedroom with a full bathroom. This is followed by the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all with sea views. On the upper floor, there is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and one triple bedroom with bunk beds, along with two full bathrooms.

In front of the house, there is a built-in barbecue and a swimming pool, shared with the apartments in the complex, also offering sea views.
