The Hibiscus villa is ideally located, facing the only golf course on the island, set in a 700m2 garden decorated with exotic plants. Restaurants and shops are 1km away, the beach 1800m. The property, completely refurbished, faces south and is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. Overlooking the living areas, a sunny terrace borders the swimming pool. A second roof terrace allows you to enjoy the surrounding views. The main entrance to the villa is through the large living / dining room via two patio doors opening onto a covered terrace. A first double bedroom has its own bathroom and allows direct access to the swimming pool via a French window opening onto the terrace. A second double bedroom also has its bathroom, and the French window allows direct access to the terrace. An entrance on the side also allows independent access. The third double bedroom and the fourth overlook the garden behind the house and share a third bathroom. Equipped with bunk beds, the fourth bedroom is particularly suitable for children. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. A large gas barbecue located on the terrace allows you to prepare grills while enjoying the evening by the pool and the starry sky. The living room is furnished with sofas and coffee table and allows you to watch satellite TV.
Its Park is ideally located on the north coast of Menorque, halfway between the two main cities of Mahon and Ciudatella. The typical port of Fornells is 10 minutes away and will allow you to practice all of the water sports, or hire a boat to explore the many pristine coves on the north coast by sea. Back in the evening, you can enjoy the night market before dining in front of the boats.

Having spent five previous holidays in son parc new the area well. Location for us was ideal because ages ranged from 4 to 67. Quite and peaceful and ideally situated for the local beaches. Villa gave us everything we needed. Quick response from agent when needed. If you want to get away and really chill and relax this is the place for you. Car is definitely needed.
The property was as described in the brochure, very clean fresh, and comfortable. It was equipped with everything you could wish for, and would find in your own home from media entertainment to books and board games. There are also bicycles available if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons!
The villa is in a quiet area right on the edge of the golf course
but only a few moments from the beautiful beach, bars,restaurants, and supermarkets.
I would not hesitate to recommend this Villa, you will not be dissappointed !
Villa molto ben tenuta, pulita e cucina fantasticamente accessoriata (c'è anche la macchinetta del caffè). La zona è riservata e immersa nel verde ma strategica. Proprietario disponibilissimo e assai gentile. La piscina viene pulita settimanalmente ed è molto godibile. Ogni stanza ha la sua aria condizionata e gli spazi in generale sono distribuiti molto bene. Unica cosa, due delle tre stanze matrimoniali hanno letti forse un po' piccoli, per il resto soggiorno suberbo.
Bellissime le colazioni e le cene in giardino sotto l'ibisco.

This villa is very well set out. We was 3 groups ranging from grandparents to grandchildren so plenty of room throughout. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were exceptionally quite and very efficient. We couldn't fault the kitchen equipment and it seemed to have verything we needed. The gas bbq was used a couple of times it was nice to have the gas option. The pool is a lovely size, not overlooked and plenty of sun beds. The patio/sitting areas were plentiful. The area suited our needs as we had no car, walking to the shops, bars and restaurants. We also took the bus into Mahon and Fornells very good value.
The local tapas restaurant was a great find with excellent food and hosts. Nice play area for the grandchildren nearby. The beach we walked too and it is not to be missed nice bar for snacks and drinks. Overall this was an excellent find and if you want a relaxing peaceful holiday this villa is the one to book. Very nicely secluded and not overlooked.

The house is lovely with a good sized pool and ample living room. The owner and property manager Gill are extremely helpful.
Son Parc has good amenities, restaurants etc. But Fornells Harbour is only 10 minutes and Mahon is only a 20 minute drive so it’s nice to have the choice for going out.
There is plenty to explore and Son Parc has a sandy beach - we also went to a couple within 1/2 hour and took a boat out from Fornells which is great for getting to places that are hard to access by road.

Delightful villa spacious and nicely finished. would thoroughly recommend for any family holiday
Son Parc is a delightful quiet place for a relaxing family holiday with a superb beach, bars and restaurants. Son Parc is a very easy drive from the airport in Mahon and the villa is spacious, well kept and has a very welcome swimming pool! We would have no hesitation in recommending the destination and the villa to anybody seeking a family holiday in a very well maintained and lovely villa. The island is small and easily navigable and its various resorts really do offer something for everybody.
