Hotel is older, rooms are large location is amazing
. Our room overlooked the street so was very noisy. Try to get om on the back.
The hotel was cheap for a reason, the rooms are basics, beds are hard, there's a funky smell in the rooms. The pool was great, free parking was appreciated and the staff were helpful. If you want to leave early let them know so you aren't waiting around until 7am to get your car out of the carpark. The staff did seem to have dinner in the foyer at about 10pm which would echo up into our room.
Muy comoda habitación, el personal muy amable, excelente ubicación. solo sugeriría cambiar las toallas, al menos las que pusieron en mi habitación eran ya muy viejas y grisaceas.
Where do I start..... Front desk guy (Miguel)was borderline rude and careless. When asking for the parking (3 1/2 blocks from the hotel, BTW. Not at the location) said I had to wait in a no parking zone, with cars honking behind me, until someone is available to take the car there. After 15 minutes I said I would park myself. Well, in that case I needed to leave a $200 MX as guarantee... What? Well, left the money as I needed to move. That was first impressions. Then the problems started. Given room 212. Behind the room and running through the restroom there is a permanent very loud noise.... Enough not to let u sleep. Then the sink was clogged and overflowing. Asked for another room and was told that no rooms were available.... A maintenance person went to fix the sink. When I arrived back there was empty bottle the door with the trash beside it.... not sure who, but.... oh well. With another night there we resigneted to the fate. Clothes and towels left in the restroom stink with food from the fan running behind.Then.... The ceiling in the restroom almost collapsed with water coming down. Water was running into the room. Came down to complain and mirecously other rooms were available since no one was there to fix 212.... And the front guy, with a smirk gave me the key. Weird, uh? Jacuzzi is just a tube throwing cold water. What save this hotel from a full disaster was a gentleman called Jorge. This guy did everything he could when he was there. Helped in all he could.
The young man who checked us in, was quite rude for absolutely no reason. Couldn’t even say hello or look up from his desk. Strange unwelcoming experience.
Room was spotless and quiet. I made a cooler with a garbage can but when we can back from our outing some brought a cooler. So much appreciated. Bravo great work by the support staff.
Location is fantastic. A minute from historic Centro. The neighbourhood has restaurant and all shop required. The staff were very flexible and helpful. The red blanket was not too clean and I used it only for a night. I didn't like the shower which is always important.
Very convenient location in the center of town. You can walk everywhere. Basic hotel. But clean.

Nice hotel
Good hotel for the price, but…
The first room we got was facing the Main Street and it was so noisy it was not possible to sleep. Also the shower had almost no water due to rust build up.
We got a second room on the back, and this room was much better, quiet and clean looking.
