i booked here on a weekday night. check in was quick. got upto my room and the key card didn’t work. whatever, it happens. went back down and got a new one. got into the room and found a dead bed bug ontop of the comforter. again, it happens. i requested a new room. the second room i got had a full torso imprinted in the headboard from someone doing the nasty. checked the sheets and they were clean so i delt with it as it was late and i needed to check out early. got up early to shower, and read an inscription off of the fogged mirror that was telling whoever passed to “come f me in room ****” told the front desk at check out and she told me management would be in contact. i haven’t spoke to management 3 days later after constantly being told to call at a certain time, only for them to tell me to call back again. finally got told i will get compensation for 10k points which isn’t even half of what i spent to book the hotel in the first place. as a 4.5 hotel that i constantly hear positive things about, i genuinely expected more out of my stay

Everybody that I encountered that was employed by this hotel was amazingly nice and helpful. The front desk helped me get checked in, the security guard helped me with unloading and parking and a random worker from the restaurant helped me when I I asked a question. This place is top notch.

Setting was lovely and property nicely restored. However our room was tiny and hard to even walk in. Dining room was out of about 1/3 of menu items by 7:45. Only one server at dinner and breakfast. Great potential but needs work on staffing. Both servers were excellent but stretched too thin.

The rooms were immaculate. The view was incredible and to top it off the staff, chefs kiss. Even though i was only there for a couple of hrs it was definitely worth the stay. Will always be my choice of stay in meridian, ms.
