There are no towels, toilet paper; bring your flip flops because the bathroom floor was dirty. Location was convenient for me; however, it did not look safe once it gets dark. There is a La Comer, a grocery store where you could buy things you need and the subway was a 10 min-walk distance from this hostel, not hotel. The only positive review was that the front desk girl was super friendly and always helpful!

The staff, both at night and during the day, are helpful and even cheerful. The olace has a nice vibe. I wish there were one or two MORE staff because it's a big place, but then the price would have to go up. It is a fine place for the budget accommodation that it is. The location is good. The road noise in some rooms takes five minutes to get used to. All told: Good.
