Our four-bedroom (one small) and balcony penthouse has all the essential amenities to make you feel “at home”. Guest Access:

You will find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and other cooking supplies. The bathrooms are nice and clean and are equipped with shower, one hairdryer, towels and other amenities. The apartment features CableTV, Netflix and Wi-Fi access so that you stay connected. You may refer to the House Manual to gain further useful information. No guests are allowed in the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

We have a very strict method to count the people you are staying with, in case we find additional guest from the number of the booking you'll pay double fee: $600 pesos per night per guest We have a two night minimum stay. Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out should be before 10 AM. If you need to check in early, please let us known and we will try depending upon availability. Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $400 per day. If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask. Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance. Remember that in Mexico we do not have air conditioning or heating, we recommend you check the weather and bring suitable clothes for the season of your trip.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

We love Mexico and we want you to love it too. We will tell you the best places to go, where to eat and what you see. We have traveled with Airbnb all around the world and will do our best for you to have them too. We can help you with everything, like calling a taxi, booking a restaurant or even planning a visit to the city. Just message us here, message or call us.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
