Staff was very friendly and helpful, but the floors in our room were very dirty. Our baby had black hands and legs from crawling around on them in just 10 or 15 minutes.

The room was nice and remodeled but the bathroom tub faucet was leaking continuously. The breakfast was good but the seating and coffee/juice and waffle maker set ups were difficult to navigate with the amount of people there. The staff was nice but not trained properly since we were checked in at 3:40 and had to wait until 4:00 to get our keys. Crazy!
