The hotel rooms are gorgeous however just to warn you it lasts the basic amenities that you get in Europe. No kettle for tea or coffee in the rooms, no hairdryer and not usb charging points. Its pretty and location was good. No room upgrade was given however they did leave a bottle of wine for my dad’s birthday

Check in and out was easy. Location was great, plenty of restaurants, stores, and shops within walking distance. Even larger stores like Publix, Target were a 25-30 minute walk. Two beach chairs and towels were complimentary daily. With a 3 minute walk to the beach! Hotel room itself was fine, it is nothing crazy but suitable for sleeping and hanging out. The snacks they leave in the room (for purchase) were expired LOL.

After many days of research, we found this idyllic spot which was just perfect. The staff was amazing, the location was central to shops, restaurants and the beach, and the room was so quaint and comfortable. We had the most delightful experience here. I would stay here again and again.

The positives: 1. Clean room & clean hotel. 2. Crisp decor. 3. Hotel looked great. Nice design. Loved the red grand piano and the wall art in the corridors. Negatives: 1. The resort fee - should have been included on the booking fee. It’s sketchy behaviour and not customer friendly. 2. The steps at the front make it difficult to wheel in your luggage. 3. No pool. 4. The single elevator means sometimes you have to wait a long time.

The second floor was a bit noisy due to the staff being loud in the early morning. They have their breakroom, maintenance room, and supplies room in between rooms, which makes it difficult for them to be quiet. Additionally, there’s an exit door that slams so loudly when the staff exits.
