Five star all the way!! The unit was super clean. Beds were comfy. They even left a couple of snacks and water bottles. I will definitely be using Seastays for my next visit.

In my 50 years of traveling it was my first time that I had to find another hotel instead of checking into this horrible property. Trash cans rolling in the Front lobby was the first clue. Then one smell and look at the dirty apartment sickened me and my two sons. They offered a small room but refused us access to verify if this new choice would be at least clean. So we finally left and got a much better choice for 100 more at the Radisson Miami Beach. Never once had a bad experience like this from Expedia. We are expecting a full refund ASAP. 🙏🙏🙏

Very good location and room was clean on arrival. There were bugs in the room when we checked in, the host got the room fumed pretty quickly. The bugs stopped showing up eventually. Other than the bugs, this was a very good experience.

AC was not working and when we called the host, no one picked our call in the night. Finally one person picked the call but he didn’t come to fix the issue. They reached out to us next day afternoon on the issue and it was way too late as we already booked another hotel by that time as we didn’t want to ruin our vacation due to this not so maintained property.
