We want everyone to have a comfortable place to stay. Our digital check-in and the ability to manage your booking remotely means you will not need to interact with anyone in person. Our Hotel-grade cleaning team has been trained and certified in proper disinfection techniques and will deep clean your unit before and after your stay. ✔You must be 21 to rent this room. Only the person's name on the booking will be allowed to check-in.

▶ WHAT YOU SHOULD CONSIDER:
● Our building is classic, which is a polite way to say that it’s a little old. It’s clean and well maintained but does have some age-related wear.
● THIN WALLS: Being an older building, some sound transmission is inevitable.
● Noise - Our building is in the heart of Wynwood and all the action, art and fun that comes with it. From time to time it can be nosier than a home in the suburbs. Consider it the same as staying in any large city.
● Please note that parties, smoking and illegal substances are not permitted and subject to a fine of $250, we require you to report any missing or damaged items within the first 24 hours of your stay.
● There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.
