Room was clean, plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was adequate. Loved the location! So close to the Filmore Theatre, the beach, restaurants, shops. Very quiet area too.

The apartment is nice, and comfy. The position is very good close to the beach and to the convention center, where I had to go to work for few days. However, the cleaning was very poor. There were food scraps next to the oven that left a disgusting smell and attracted cockroaches. The room was dirty, and I will not even mention the toilet brush—untouchable, and I will stop there. On top of that, in two weeks they never came to clean. It is not clean, which is quite serious. If it were not for this, the rest would be fine. The house is nice, although it is not exactly like in the photos. The staff was helpful—you just need to write on WhatsApp, and they respond immediately.

Perfect location for my trip. Quiet. Lots of space. Good value. Never saw a staff person, but very responsive to texts and emails. Nice to have a kitchen but the one knife very dull. No counter so hard to prep food, or even use the dish drain that was provided. Was ok. purposes, only there s few days, it was fine.

The main problem was the cockroaches. Disgusting and appeared 3 times. That being said, they were quick to act with venom, but it was still not fun finding corpses and wondering if they were close to your food.

It a spacious place nice location to beaches and Southbeach. I bit tired could have been maintained better . Realizing it’s not a 4 star but for budget minded people nice efficiency, safe and walkable to all the action on Southbeach.

Restaurants were within walking distance. It was nice having a kitchen to make breakfast or dinner. There was a parking garage close by. I loved that we could text Kasa if we had questions and they were quick to answer. Checking in was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location walking distance to Convention Center. The one bedroom suite was perfect size, clean, all of what you needed was available. I cooked my breakfast and would suggest new frying pans of the same materials and not have “plastic” kitchen utensils (heat and plastic are toxic). Overall, I will return and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to South Miami Beach area.

The apartment was clean and parking was easy to acquire. The chairs at the dining table were a bit unstable , the water in the shower ran very cold and I think fresh towels should be made available every other day . Overall it was a good stay and I would say value for money

The property location was perfect but the bed was broken and Rigged up we ended up sleeping in a broken bed for 5 days .. They have nowhere for you to park on the property so our rental vehicle was towed for the amount of money that was spent I’m very disappointed in my stay at Kasa
