The first room the gave us was dirty, trash blanked and towels all over the floor, bad odor. The second room they gave us was ocupied by another guest. Finally the 3rd one was kind in a better condition compared to the previous one. Very disappointed will never stay in this place again. The lady who attended us was nice.

Upon check in, we were told we were not allowed to adjust the air conditioner in the room because it would start to leak water even thought it was set to 60°F. One room smelled had a very strong smell of bleach that was making everyone cough and the other room smelled heavily of cigarettes. There was mold in both bathrooms and my family and I were not comfortable staying there.

Truly the most disgusting “hotel” I have ever stayed at. Incredibly disgusting. Dirty, filthy, uncared for. No mattress pad, no blanket, no shampoo. We did it feel safe at the hotel, whether inside, in our room, or outside the room. I would never stay at the cesspool, even if I was paid to be there, I did not take a shower there, because I was certain that I would stay cleaner that way. I would like a full refund. We hardly were able to sleep, and left as early as we could. What a disgusting place!

No hot water Ac wouldn’t go up from 62 degrees. Running fan only created such bad humidity in the room that floors, mirrors and clothes were all damp in the morning. Floors were filthy. Though the appeared clean, when putting a towel down and going over the floor, the towel was eventually rendered black. Left a note, with the towel for the cleaning crew. Also showed a picture to the front desk person at checkout

This was horrible ... only one elevator working and that was extremely slowzzz all the door locks were broken. The pool was closed. The fire alarm wen off twice. The floor was filthy

the hotel is aged, but the staff was very kind and very helpful. We made the change to this hotel because it was affordable and the previous "Hotel" was in a very unsettling area. the room was clean. you have to have patience with the elevator. But I felt safer here than the previous place.
