This sexy little studio has everything you need for a comfortable budget friendly vacation. The studio is quipped with a full on top and full at the bottom bunk bed set up. It also has a futon for an additional sleeping spot. Yes, we understand that eating out every single meal while on vacation can take up the bulk of your money, so we have provided a fully equipped kitchenette area for your personal use. Eat out because you want to, not because you have to.

The studio is situated in the back of the property for a more private setting. Yes Miami can be a little loud sometimes but here you will find nothing but peace as you sit outside with your morning coffee while listening to the birds that call our trees home.

The beaches are 15 to 20 minutes way depending on the beach of your choice. The hospital are so close that we often get medical intern students as guests because of how close we are to all the hospitals in the area. The thing about this location is that we are truly in the middle of it all. Though we are in Miami-Dade the Broward County line is less the 4 miles away. If your planning to visits the Hard Rock Stadium you will be happy to be so close to the stadium. We suggest you leave your car and take Uber so that you can enjoy fully without any issues. The stadium is a 4 minute car ride away. As far as the airport is concerned you can fly into any one of the two. We are exactly 15 minutes away from both airports, depending of good traffic of course. Miami Gardens is not a touristy place but our guests choose to stay here so they can rack up the saving on the stay and use that money on the things they really want to spend on.

The studio that we stayed in was clean and well kept. Rosa and her family were great and helped us with anything we needed. We walked back to the property each night after our concert and felt safe doing so. There was very little noise, except for a neighboring dog…but as a dog owner it just made me feel more at home. We really felt good about our experience, the most important thing to us was being close to the stadium to get home after a huge festival.

We left the place without staying - not recommended.

There is a criminal neighborhood all around - it doesn’t look safe to stay there or to leave a car. So we didn’t stay there. My husband, me and our son were shocked to see so poor house condition - it is very old building with cracks and a crooked fence. The suggested apartment door is at the back. It is not a separate standing apartment. It is very small inside, high humidity, there is a mold smell, everything is old, ugly and tacky, the bathroom is the worst... So we had to look for a hotel to spend the night in Miami. And the cancellation policy did allow the refund. NEVER AGAIN.

Small (hotel room size), but has all the necessities

The place was about the size of a hotel room. It was very clean and had air conditioning for hot nights. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker, a rice cooker, and a small electric pan to cook food in. Rosa responded very quickly and answered all my questions. It looks like she rented out around 3 units total in this house, this is the back unit, so other people will be pulling into the driveway and renting out other parts of the house with private entrances.
