My stay at the Sonesta was great. The pool is being renovated. But you can use the pool next door. The location is great for food and other activities. The hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport that goes back and forth regularly.

This was a very modern & stylish hotel in a very good location by the airport. The room was very clean & comfortable with cool LED accent lighting. Staff was very helpful & accommodating. There is an open deli area where you can buy snacks/food & get coffee, but many of the machines weren't working. The choices were still pretty nice. No microwave in the room is a big negative, but there's a common use one in the deli area. I will definitely stay here next time if I'm not going out to Miami Beach!

We were able to check in early. Even if there was a fee, just wish that was an option when booking the room since we knew we would be there early. The rooms were very nice and the restaurant is amazing

Disappointing check-in experience. When we checked in, we weren’t given any information about the property, available alternatives, or even clear directions on how to get to our room. When we asked questions at the front desk, the staff member repeatedly said, “I don’t know,” without offering to find out or get help. It made the arrival experience confusing and unwelcoming, which was frustrating after traveling.

The hotel and the room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and friendly. The only negative thing was the pillows are very uncomfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed at the time due to renovations. Overall, it's a great hotel. Very close to the airport and it offered shuttle to the airport and the ports which is very convenient.
