The unit did not look anything like the pictures. The musty moldy smell was awful and all my clothing went right into the laundry.

Not quite what the pictures showed

Checking in was fine. However upon entry of the unit, we noticed it didn't look quite like the pictures. The rooms were extremely small, items were broken or overly worn (bathroom sink, broken lamp on the room, microwave door hits the light fixture every single time, shamppo dispenser in shower hadn't been cleaned in months, missing face towels (staff couldn't bring them until the next morning), and unfinished holes in the walls from some cosmetic work). There were no cleaning supplies (broom, sponge, dish cloth or dustpan to clean up spills).

This apartment is not in Brickell

The listing title was misleading. We really wanted to stay in Brickell. But the apartment is in Little Havana. The check in was slow as the passcode provided initially was incorrect. There were multiple things broken such as the towel bar in the bathroom. Having said all this the property managers were very responsive. The kitchen being there was handy and having the laundry machine in the apartment was great.

Good property awful communication

I booked this stay with high hopes and was delivered with a mediocre stay, I booked this vbro and immediately was met with a difficult booking process, even though there was nothing coherently wrong with the prices I had to put down a security deposit which was not listed before I had booked. Which I currently have also yet to be updated on that so what feels like to me a loss of $200. The stay itself off the bat was a headache I was sent instructions but with the lack of an updated process had to sit and wait for customer support because I was given the wrong lock box code. The property itself isn't bad but I felt like the lack of communication was a let down.
