The front desk staff was rude and surly. They would not allow a 19 year old to check in at all despite accepting the reservation and taking the money. Apparently you can serve your country but can’t stay at the Wyndham.

The shuttle driver left early and then when she came back she asked me to put my own bags in the back (previously the other driver did that for the guests as part of the service and I literally WATCHED her take other guests bags OUT of the shuttle). She was rude and proceeded to lecture me on needing to be outside 15 minutes before the hour even though we were told that the shuttle leaves on the hour.
