The location was the best part of this this hotel, the staff was nice and friendly. The pictures on the website are so very misleading so disappointed🙁 the lobby is beautiful, but that’s where it ends. Our room is outdated rug was dirty and literally you could see the floor underneath. Also look like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Mattress was horrible. You sunk in the middle from both sides. Furniture was worn and outdated absolutely no amenities not even tissues and there were no hand towels.

I apologize, I usually don’t rate, however, I feel like people should be aware. We found the lobby music quite loud (all hours). The room had no facecloths, hand towels, bath mat, and only 1 large towel. There were no staff around to ask for an extra towel or anything needed. The room was quite dated and the headboard was all scratched up like an animal had gotten to it. 😬 Unfortunately, this is not the place for me. It served us the purpose we needed for 1 night.

The room was not what was advertised. The bathroom was very small and difficult to maneuver. The entire building only has two elevators which took at least twenty minutes just to get to the lobby at check out time. I would not recommend this hotel especially with this high price charged.

Room 508 - I wanted to leave immediately after check-in. Toe nails, human hair and general filthy carpet in the entire room. Bathroom was even worse, no hand towels, no wash cloth, tub was cracked and had stains in several areas. Lighting fixtures have visible rust in bathroom and by nightstand. It is clear that NO EFFORT is being made for upkeep of this property. Location was great. Building needs to be torn down and replaced ASAP.
