The space
3 br 2 ba house close to the city of Middletown. Close to a beautiful trail in which you can view 2 lakes within a 5 minute walk. Mountain view and lake view in back you can see in winter time.
Guest access
Guest will have access to house and front lawn only at this time. House is around 2300sf with the master bedroom being around 800sf.

At this time no access to garage, shed, backyard, 1 of 3 master bedroom closets, 1 pantry in kitchen and back deck.
Other things to note
No more than 4 vehicles on property.

I do have honey bees on property. They are located in side yard and are fenced in.

Sooooo Nice!
Wonderful property and GREAT comms with owner. Very clean and organized. Everything we needed was on hand, even an extended checkout. No washer / dryer but that was by bad, not the owners. All 5 Stars! If you need to stay in around this area, book here! You will not be disappointed!!
