Stunning Penthouse on Mijas golf course with spectacular mountain views

One of two penthouses at Mijas golf, please review property number 8854839 if your dates are not available. If both are available we can accommodate parties of up to 10.
We have recently purchased this 2 bedroomed, 2 bathrooms property after opening the door and falling in love with the shear space and views. The apartment itself is exceptionally spacious at 110m2 with a terrace for dining and admiring the views at 25m2. The bedrooms have been totally refurbished and all furniture is new . The main bedroom has large doors opening on to the terrace creating a very light airy atmosphere and when you open those doors with your coffee in the morning the views are stunning . The terrace itself has a dining table and the views of the 4th green of the golf course and the mountains in the background with recliners for a private sunbathe. We enjoy beautiful sunsets from the terrace in the evening and have the sun all afternoon. At Mijas golf we have a large heated swimming pool on the gated community in immaculately kept gardens and a private parking space underground as we advise car hire to benefit nearby Marbella and Puerto Banus some 20 minutes drive. Car hire is not necessary though as we have 5 bars and restaurants within walking distance and the taxi rank on our doorstep. Locally we have 5 minutes drive to the 7km beach of Fuengirola which boasts lively night life and an abundance of restaurant's to cater for every taste. The area is a renowned mountain bike and road cycling must do and we consider the apartment a great base for the cycle set and golfers and families alike. Locally we have the matchroom country club, El Golf and hotel La Zambra for food and drinks but the apartment has a comprehensive booklet showing all local eateries we recommend etc. With a 15 minute drive from Malaga airport the apartment is quickly reached and we can if necessary organise transfers at a fee. With a recent refurbishment and addition of modern fittings such as 49" LCD and tasteful leather sofas we believe this to be a home from home for you to enjoy.

TrĂšs bel appartement, bien dĂ©corĂ©, trĂšs belle vue depuis la terrasse. Les photos correspondent bien.La cafetiĂšre est une Dolce Gusto et non une Nespresso.Sur les 6 chaises, il y en a 2 inutilisables et irrĂ©parables.Il y a un systĂšme de chauffage (air co - chaud/froid), il s'arrĂȘte automatiquement ttes les 2 H. MalgrĂ© le chauffage, nous avions toujours une sensation de "cru". Au niveau Ă©quipement, les couverts sont rĂ©duits Ă  leur plus simple expression (3 cuillĂšres Ă  cafĂ© et nous en avons reçu 3 supplĂ©mentaires 6 cuillĂšres pr un appartement de 4 personnes.)L'assise du divan 3 personnes du salon s'affaisse, heureusement qu'il y avait bcp de coussins. Sur l'IPTV, il est trĂšs difficile d'obtenir les chaĂźnes francophones. Quand on a pu les obtenir, aprĂšs un certain temps, elles se bloquent, soit sur l'image, soit sur le son et ensuite, une image blanche apparaĂźt et impossible de les rĂ©cupĂ©rer. LCI fonctionne /- bien et Netflix trĂšs bien. Le wifi est faible quand on l'utilise Ă  deux. Quand il pleut et que le vent souffle, l'eau rentre par la porte-fenĂȘtre du living et il faut fermer le volet si l'on ne veut pas ĂȘtre inondĂ©.

Merveilleux penthouse !

Nous rentrons de 10 jours passĂ©s dans l'appartement de Trish et Neale. Non seulement l'appartement est magnifique mais la vue est exceptionnelle. Trish a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©active dans nos Ă©changes. L'emplacement est idĂ©al car d'un cĂŽtĂ© vous avez la mer et de l'autre, la montagne. Il y a Ă©normĂ©ment de choses Ă  visiter ou Ă  faire ! L'appartement comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin et mĂȘme plus, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et une mention spĂ©ciale pour la literie (excellente). Les photos reflĂštent bien l'ensemble de l'appartement. Bref un sĂ©jour pour nous inoubliable et beaucoup de soleil !!! Si nous le pouvions nous donnerions 10 Ă©toiles. Merci encore Trish et Neale (thank you very much for all).

Nice stay!

Our short stay was great. The flat was exactly as described with a lot of supplies, tidy and great view. The sleeping rooms are nice and quiet. You will find a book with a lot of recommendations; very useful. The communication with Trish was perfect, easy and very nice. The access is not so easy to find and the pool is not the first you see but the upper one. Very nice too to get there after a day out. We would come back surely and recommend it. Thanks Trish for the wine and sweeties for the kids!

Lovely property. Had everything you needed. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Within easy reach by car of lots of great places to visit such as Marbella, Mijas Pueblo, etc. Pool was great and never had a problem getting a sun bed. Host was excellent. Mijas golf apartment

We were absolutely thrilled with the apartment. It had absolutely everything we needed and was immaculately clean. The views were beautiful, as described, and so quiet and peaceful. Pools were large and not over crowded . Location for Mijas pueblo, La Cala , BenalmĂĄdena, Cabopino , water park etc etc was spot on . Trish was just an amazing host. Golfing in Mijas

We spent 16 days in Mijas in a golf excursion from Canada and it was wonderful. The apartment overlooks a golf course with the mountains in the distance. Beautiful sunsets over the mountains. The owners were great and very communicative and the apartment was lovely - better than the pictures. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Heel fijn appartement!

Gem in the Costa Del Sol

Absolutely amazing penthouse, spotlessly clean and with the most amazing views. Trish is a fantastic host and communication is excellent, we visited with our three children 18, 16 and 13 and there was plenty of room for us all. We had a great two weeks and got to visit some lovely places. The pool area is great to visit after a day sightseeing and always plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Thank you Trish and Neale for letting us stay at your little gem in the Costa Del Sol.

Perfect in every way!

We have stayed at Mijas Golf many times but Trish and Neale’s beautiful penthouse outshone every other place we have stayed. The views from the balcony were spectacular especially the sunsets. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Trish was also lovely and always at the end of the phone if we needed her. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place.

Precioso apartamento

Hemos estado alojados 4 días en esta maravillosa casa, 3 adultos, 1 niña y un bebé. Es muy amplia, estå decorada con mucho gusto, tiene todo tipo de detalles y utensilios para que te sientas como en casa. La terraza es una maravilla, con vistas al campo de golf, las camas son cómodas, tiene aire frío/calor en toda la casa. La plaza de aparcamiento es muy amplia. La urbanización es muy tranquila y la piscina también. Unos días de descanso en una casa preciosa muy bien situada para conocer algunos pueblos de la costa del sol.

Fabulous apartment in a quiet location

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday & the apartment certainly lived up to our expectations. The living area has a very modern feel & the 2 good sized bedrooms are decorated very tastefully. It was also a bonus to have so many clothes hangers so no need to take any of your own ! The views from the balcony were amazing & the sunsets are as spectacular as other guests have described. We were pleasantly surprised as to how quiet the pool area was & at times we virtually had it to ourselves. The pool is a good size with plenty of sunbeds & a few parasols for shade. Trish was brilliant with her communication, always very quick to reply & very helpful with any questions I had. We would definitely return if we visited the area again in future.
