In this gated complex, you can let your kids play outside on the terrace and enjoy the stunning views in the shade.
At night, slide the doors open and enjoy a subtle breeze while you lounge on the couch.

You are within walking distance of a 9-hole course and a clubhouse complete with a restaurant that caters to even the most discerning holiday guest.
This is also where you can go for a workout in the fitness centre or socialise at the bar.
Allocated parking is available inside the complex.

The apartment offers easy access to several, first-rate golf courses, the beach, excellent shopping and is only a short drive from Marella, Fuengirola and Malaga.

The space

It is an 18-minute drive from Malaga airport, 1 km to the nearest small grocery store, 3.5 km to a large shopping centre (Miramar) and 4 km to sand, sea and surf.

Guest access

Many green zones and gated swimming pool including kids pool open all year.
Due to the Regulation in Andalucía, we would need a copy of all passports of the people who will be staying at the house.

booking, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

*𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄* For anyone travelling with young children. The pool is open with NO secure fence and the property has open staircases without child safety gates.

𝟏. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐢𝐧 & 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐨𝐮𝐭
• Check-in: From 4pm.
• Check-out: By 10am (late check-out may be available upon request for an
additional fee).
𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 & 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, 𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥.
𝐔𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐬.

𝟐. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭
• A security deposit of € 500- is required and will be refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage or rule violation.
• Any damages, or excessive cleaning required may result in deductions from the deposit.

𝟑. 𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲
• Maximum occupancy: (as indicated in the “sleeps”).
• Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
• No unauthorized parties or events. The property is rented for holiday use only.
Any violations of these terms will result in immediate termination of the
rental agreement, and no
refund will be issued.

𝟒. 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬
• Smoking: Not permitted inside the property. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• Pets: Not allowed.

𝟓. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥
• Please keep the property tidy and return furniture to its original position.
• Do not wash bedding or towels – our housekeeping team will handle this.
• Rubbish should be disposed of in the designated bins and be removed daily
to avoid pests.
• Upon departure all rubbish must be removed from the property. If this is not done an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros will be deducted from the
deposit.

𝟔. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not registered in the booking.
• In case of emergencies, contact emergency numbers provided and inform the host.

𝟕. 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• Please be mindful of electricity and water usage. Turn off lights, AC, and
appliances when not in use.

𝟖. 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Please report any issues immediately. Failing to do so may result in liability for additional damages.
• Lost keys may incur a replacement fee, which will be deducted from the deposit.

𝟗. 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
• The renter is responsible for securing travel and health insurance. 4YOURHOMEes and the property owner are not liable for any accidents,
injuries, death, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the stay.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or property damage beyond the owner’s control, 4YOURHOMEes will refund the security deposit and any advance payments if the property becomes unavailable. However, the renter is not entitled to any compensation for the resulting inconvenience.

𝟏𝟎. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬
• Please respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
• No parties, loud gatherings or any disruptive behaviours towards the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.
