In the heart of Seregno, a lively town in Brianza with lots of shops, restaurants and fascinating historical sites, the ORCHIDEA APARTMENT is the ideal retreat for those seeking comfort and tranquillity. This elegant two-room attic apartment, located a few steps from the pedestrian area, allows you to fully experience the dynamic atmosphere of the centre, while enjoying the quiet of an intimate and welcoming environment. The spacious and comfortable living room is enhanced by a modern open kitchen with a small wooden peninsula with 3 stools, perfect for a delicious aperitif as well as for lunches and dinners. There is also a romantic balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset, looking down over the town. The exposed wooden beams and parquet flooring give character to the spaces, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere, while the steel lighting adds a touch of contemporary design. A wide corridor leads to the stylishly furnished and air-conditioned double bedroom and to the bathroom, complete with a large bathtub.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are numerous free public parking spots in the immediate vicinity.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN.  An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

PLEASE NOTE: you may enter the flat before 9:00 p.m.! After this time, you may only enter by requesting a LATE CHECK-IN at a cost of €50 (entry before midnight) and waiting for confirmation from our staff! If you do not make this request, you will not be able to enter the flat!

The city of Seregno offers a wide variety of experiences including shopping, culture and nature. The pedestrianised streets of the historic centre are just a 2-minute walk away and are full of shops, pastry shops and traditional restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine. For an experience of art and culture, don't miss the Basilica of San Giuseppe, with its magnificent frescoes and the charming square in front of it, and the Torre del Barbarossa, a perfect example of medieval architecture.

Thanks to its strategic position, Seregno is also the perfect starting point for excursions in the surrounding area: in about half an hour you can reach Milan, with its vibrant cultural and commercial life, Monza, with its boutiques and cobbled streets, or the charming Lake Como, with its breathtaking views and fascinating historic villas. Excellent rail (about a 10-minute walk) and road links make every trip practical and fast, allowing you to explore the Brianza area with ease. Seregno is also an ideal starting point for those who work or study in Milan and Monza, being just a few kilometres from these two large cities and well connected by fast roads and public transport.



How to get there:

By car: from Milan, continue along Viale Fulvio Testi and the SS36 del Lago di Como e dello Spluga. Take the exit towards ‘Seregno’ and set your GPS. You'll reach the facility in about 10 minutes.

By train: from Milano Centrale station, take the RE80 train towards ‘Locarno’ and get off at the ‘Seregno’ stop (2 stops, about 18 minutes). The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the station.
