Email instructions were clear but the rest of the check-in was on us (no orientation). The fact that the emergency contact was email and the non- emergency contact was a phone number was confusing. The phone number is only monitored Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday. The bathroom sink was a major problem, but was quickly fixed. The living room light burnt out (was never fixed; never heard from the host). Lost electricity on last day when trying to do last load of towels and dishes. Nice location with grocery and restaurants nearby. Nice living room. Plenty of space for 2 guests. Bed was nearly on the floor and very soft. The shower is tiny, but we didn't have the hot water problems others have reported. The concierge was very nice and helpful. Milan has some serious recycling rules. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay. Milanis a fabulous city, and this condo is well situated to enjoy her charms.
