Free Parking 1 BR near Downtown & Brady St

Heat/AC
The heat runs in the building at the same time. The thermostat can adjust the heat temperature, but only up to what the building is set at. Please note that in mild temperatures the heat will not run very frequently due to reaching the set temperature. For AC, there is 1 window unit that is in the living room.

Parking
We offer free parking in the parking lot next to the building in spot #6. The parking lot is directly next to the building (practically touching it) on the south side. The entrance to the parking lot is also on the south side (left if facing the building from the street). The parking spot is the 6th one after the dumpsters and there is "Apt 17" written in white on the brick of the building in front of the spot. You do not need a parking pass or register your car as long as you are parked in spot 6.

Kitchen
We have basic cooking utensils that you are available to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up before checking out. There’s also coffee and a coffee maker. There is an island with 2 bar stools.

Living Room
This living room comes with 1 couch and a smart TV.

Bedroom
There is a firm mattress queen bed with fresh linens, a closet in the bedroom. In the bedroom closet, there are hangars for clothing storage. Upon arrival, there will be 2 sets of towels and washcloths laid out for each guest.

Bathroom
This apartment has a full bathroom. The shower includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry
If you need to do laundry, we have a building wide laundry room in the basement. You will need the front door key to get into the laundry room. To get there, walk down the back stairs (turn left out of unit and follow hallway until you see stairs). You'll see a locked door (front door key). Once you're inside the door, the laundry room is to the right. Instructions for how to pay for the washer and dryer will be there.

Accessibility
The unit is on the 1st floor of the apartment building. The building only has stairs.
