Everything about this property was exactly what we needed. Lots of rooms, with nice bedding, theater room experience, and we used the hot tub 2-3 times, even though it was 0 degrees, it was great! The owner was super helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process. Definitely a must book!

Convenient location, spotless house, good kitchen facilities, (especially sharp knives--a rarity in rentals!). The downstairs pool table and foosball were a great place to send the teens while the rest of us socialized upstairs. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. This place is super close to the light rail and easy to get to from the airport (although you can also hear the planes overhead if the weather is right). Overall, accurately photographed and advertised and we had a great time.

Kofi was very quick to respond to any of our questions. We had a great stay! We live in the neighborhood and had friends fly in town and it was the perfect gathering spot for our families and teenagers. They loved it. Very clean and spacious. The house is stocked with everything you need. Location is perfect! We were so close to Minnehaha creek walking paths and we walked to dinner at Bull’s Horn.

Clean house, great host and amazing location. We had a couple of things come up but the host responded right away and was on it. We really appreciated the amazing communication. The neighborhood is great. We used the blue line and went to Bulls Horn which was fantastic. We’d stay there again.

Great sleeping and sitting room arrangements! Very clean! Only drawback was only two remotes for three TVs, but we informed the manager. We also had two major storms go through during our stay. Asked manager where flashlights or candles were and they had brand new ones delivered to us within the hour! Manager had outstanding customer service and communication!

We had friends from all over the country fly in for a girl’s weekend and to enjoy the Minnesota Yacht Club festival—highly recommend the house and the festival! The property was the perfect place to relax and make a meal before a heading to the event location. There was plenty of sleeping space (and comfy beds), and we had plenty of hot water even with 7 ladies showering. The owner was helpful and answered questions quickly. We didn’t have kids with us, but older kids/teens would love this location with the game room and outdoor space.

We loved staying at this property. It provided everything we could possibly need for our large group of 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Super close to Metro line to get in and out of downtown easily. Close to beautiful walking trails along the creek. A coffee shop just a short walk away. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and separation, so that no one's activity interrupted another. All the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped to handle whatever meal we wanted to cook and eat around the large dinning room table. The host was very attentive to our needs and make sure everything went smoothly.

Hot tub not functional

We booked this place specifically for the hot tub and patio experience. Imagine the disappointment to receive a message shortly before our arrival indicating that the hot tub was not working. While we were told it had been working that very morning, the condition of the water (temp and quality) suggested otherwise. We were led to believe that it might be fixed promptly, but alas it was not. If you are in this for the hot tub, beware! The host was communicative and contrite about our disappointment and provided a discount as compensation.The house itself was spacious and clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It worked well for a multi-family group with several young kids. Except for the part about the hot tub.

Plenty of space for lots of fun!

We used all of the amenities including the hot tub, game room, tread, sauna and kitchen. The kids had so much fun and it was so nice to have a quiet living room upstairs while the kids watched a movie in the basement.A couple of hiccups during the stay. The WiFi password sent wasn’t accurate and the fridge wasn’t staying at the right temp so we had to toss some food. However, those things can happen and the property manager was EXTREMELY responsive and kind. I would definitely recommend!

Very Nice House

I give this house an excellent rating for several reasons. Proximity to the train system, the airport, also to many stores and restaurants, Minnehaha Falls, and can't forget the mall of america. The appliances were all state of the art including the televisions. Plenty of games, activities and the outdoor entertainment section was very nice. Will stay again.
