If the stay will be paid in monthly installments, a lease will be required and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing. To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.) • All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation. • A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions. • Pet‑friendly listings allow dogs only; all other homes are no‑pets. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee is required and varies based on the number of dogs, starting at $150. Most pet-friendly homes allow a maximum of one dog; please inquire in advance if you wish to bring more. Certified Service Animals are welcome at all properties (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking. • This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well (does not apply to Sable). • Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able. • Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay. • Additional daytime or overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval. • Please follow all posted instructions for fire pits, grills, hot tubs, saunas and other amenities that may be located on the premise. Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of all equipment. • All guests must comply with local ordinances, including noise, occupancy, and parking regulations. Any violation that results in fines or penalties may be passed on to the guest. • Guests are responsible for damages that occur during their stay. Claims will be handled in accordance with platform policies and the rental agreement. • Please do not move or rearrange major furniture (beds, sofas, tables, dressers, etc.). Nice neighborhood for northern suburbs.
The check-in process was easy. The house was decent. There are not photos of all the bedrooms and bathrooms online, and I now wish I would have asked for that because the basement was less than desirable with bunk beds and a shower designed for a child (small). We had to use a hotel in addition to the home. I wouldn't call it great, but its not bad either.

Great place
This is a great location, close to downtown as well as tubing hills. Quiet neighborhood, with a small park within walking distance. We loved the pool table and video game/ basement setup. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
