Why does nonsmoking smell like cigarette smoke? Walls need better sound proofing. Desk was dirty with something that smelled like pancake syrup. Pillows had an odor that made me wonder if linen had been changed before my reservation

Parking was good, very icy . Temp was good Staff were excellent, people staying there were terrible fire alarm went off at 11pm had to go outside. Couple below us were fighting so went to front desk as had a funeral next day. They went to check then next thing at 2am 15 police squad cars were there

It was just to catch a few winks of sleep to go to a close by area,, but was very noisy at night from other guests,, a couple was arguing very loudly, place smelt like guests were smoking pot. Def need a few changes to this place and it will be a great stay.
