Our entire stay was perfect. Check in was great, room was perfect, everything was nice and clean. And breakfest was top notch!!! We come to minot every couple of months and this is one of 2 places we try to stay at.

Overall, everything was fine for the low price we paid. A few things would make it exceptional, though. A bit of general cleaning, maintenance and repairs would go a LONG way. We checked in to a room that the door latch barely worked on - it was difficult to get in. Not overly clean. The heat didn't work, no cover on electrical outlets! We requested a room with heat (ND winter). Next room had heat but very little temp control. Shower broken, dispensers ripped off wall, laying there. No room service for the two days we were there (not a problem but not great). Blind on window didn't work so lights shining in all night. Breakfast was ok, but not real great, not overly clean. Overall, fine for the price, but could be one of the best with a bit of effort.

Overall my stay was pleasant. The only concern I had was the amount of cold drafts around the window heater/AC unit. Keep in mind it was negative degrees outside with 50+ mph wind gust during my stay unfortunately.

We booked this because we thought we were going to be able to swim. The pool was closed. The room was average, nice firm beds, all the essentials needed. The coffee maker I plugged in, threw sparks at me, due to an outlet that wasn't working properly. I told the staff in the morning, but nobody ever came to fix it. It was a safely concern. The staff was nice, breakfast was good. No snacking options to buy.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Discovered the tv wasn’t working shortly after being in our room. They immediately moved us to a new room right across the hall. Very clean and good sized rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was plenty and very good with hot and cold items to chose. Would definitely stay here again
