Coral Cottage is a spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom house situated with the forefront in the gated resort community of Maravilla in Miramar Beach, Florida. This home features a sun-kissed open floor plan that comfortably sleeps 8 with additional room for others. You will love the privacy and space of this quiet, private home, while enjoying all the amenities of a resort! Close behind the property are tennis-pickle ball, basketball, fitness facility, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills, and shuffleboard with plenty of yard space for your personal Cornhole or Washer boards. Great house and beach community. Small but perfect for 1 to 6 people. 200 feet from pool, gym, tennis, hottub. Golf cart great for trips to beach and 2 or 3 nice places to eat. Highly recommended.

Property was as described. Perfect little cottage, it was comfortable and clean. Perfect location with the pool and pickleball courts right behind the cottage. Not a bad walk at all to the beach. The golf cart was nice to have at the property, made it nice to not always have to get in the car to go to restaurants and the beach. Overall, we would definitely come back and visit using this same property.

We had a wonderful week here. The house was right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The golf cart was very convenient for morning coffee/soda trips and the owners had a lot of balls/towels/ect for both the pool and beach. We will be back!

The house was located in a great neighborhood with awesome beach access! The shower in the master bedroom was fabulous! My daughter loved the beach toys and the golf cart was a great addition to our stay!

Nice Place To Stay

We loved how there was 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Nice shower. All tile floors was easy to keep clean. Kitchen was a nice set up and easy to cook and I made meals 90% of time i had extra kids so cooked a ton. They had keurig and coffee pot, as well as a crock pot. I was thrilled for crock pot made cooking a breeze. We loved the golf cart, but did not need it much. The walk was less than .4 miles away. We enjoyed the tennis courts and walking the beach daily. The 2 -18 year olds had a blast, as well as our 2-14 year oldsDef would recommend staying here. We would also come back her most definetly. There is only 2 beach chairs and umbrellas allowed at the beach. But that was fine we brought 2 beach chairs and a mat to lay on. There was a wagon on side of porch full of beach stuff to use if needed as well. For us we pretty much had everything we needed. I did bring shampoo and soap. There is walmart, cvs and a outdoor shopping mall called Destin Commons which was very nice. Thanks again James for renting this house out. 5 star for sure from us. year olds. olds. miles a way. breeze

Perfect house for a family getaway!

We had an amazing time staying here. One of the pools is right behind the house and its a quick walk to beach access. The golf cart was an added plus, but definitely not needed since everything is so close. We would definitely book to stay again.

Nice little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Security good. Nice to be away from the busy Destin area. Golf cart was very useful. Nearby pools were great. Owners response was always timely. Beach staff were pleasant and helpful. Private beach for beautiful.

Our stay was amazing! Our questions were answered quickly and responded to any problems right away. Having the golf cart available was definitely an added bonus. It made going out so much easier. Quick walk to the beach. Having the chairs and umbrella at the beach was an added bonus, one less thing we had to carry!

House was nice and clean and fully stocked with all the necessities you would ever need! Walking distance to the beach but the golf cart made it super handy to run to the beach with or visit local restaurants with! Communication was amazing with the property manager! Would definitely stay again!

Loved the propriety

We had a Wonderfull time there! Everything we needed was there. I was a little confused where the grill was located based on pictures and description. It is on the side of the house. I loved everything there. Sure will consider this house for my next Destin visit. Thanks to James as well!
