4 Bedroom Gulf View Luxury Condo, Leeward Key, Destin, Florida

Fabulous Gulf View with beach access immediately across the street. The Leeward Key complex features 2 private pools. There is a large pool in the back of the complex with gas and charcoal grill facilities. Great family area! Across the street is a private beachside, heated pool with restrooms. Walk out of the pool to the white sand beaches on the beautiful emerald shores. On-site fitness center and luggage carts for the guests use.

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2024 All guests are required by the HOA, to register their vehicles and pay a fee to park at the property. This fee is paid directly by the renter outside of VRBO and non-refundable. This unit is allowed up to 3 vehicles at $25 per vehicle for the length of your stay.

Non-smoking (this includes balconies and pool areas), no pets, over 1800 square feet plus a 300 square foot balcony and professionally decorated for comfort with a fabulous gulf view from living area, both Master suites and balcony.

4 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo with remodeled kitchen (completion November 2014) with granite counter tops. All bathrooms remodeled in January 2015. Tile floors in all living areas with new carpet in all bedrooms in December 2015. Spacious and open dining and living area with 6 chairs at the table and 4 bar stools plus extra dining chairs. Ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in living room and all bedrooms. 2 Master suites have king-size beds and gulf views. 3rd bedroom has queen size bed with attached bath. 4th bedroom has 1 set of twin bunk-beds and 1 set of twin over full bunk-beds (delivery October 2014).

Stacked washer and dryer. High speed internet.

Walking distance to Pampano Joe's (3-5:00 Happy Hour), Captain Dave's fine dining and Kenny D's cajun cuisine.

Destin, long known as 'The World's Luckiest Fishing Village,' also boasts the nation's largest designer outlet mall, world class day spas and is a renowned golf destination. Close to Destin Harbor, Destin Commons, Baytown Wharf (Sandestin), Grand Boulevard, Indian Bayou, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay & Seascape golf courses. There were 5 adults. The condo was spacious with a great view of the gulf and very close to our favorite restaurants. The pool in the back of the condo was large enough to do laps. The pool on the gulf side was small but nice to take a dip when it got hot without having to walk down to the water. Overall we had a great time in a great place!

As always we love staying at Leeward Key. Check in and check out process was so easy. Loved having the chairs at the beach. Condo itself was clean and well stocked. Only downside was the beds which were quite broken down so harder for my older parents but otherwise great place to stay!

What a wonderful condo and the location in amazing. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook a meal or two in. All the beds were very comfortable. We loved all the seating on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view down the beach. We brought our own beach chairs, toys and boggie boards but if he hadn’t there were lots there. The elevators were fast and we never had to wait more than a few seconds on them. We definitely will be back

Condo was beautifully decorated. Looked just as depicted. Access to beach was quick and easy. Having access to 2 pools was really nice. We grilled out one night.. grill worked well. Appreciated having enough cutlery and seating for our group of 10! Just FYI. .while quite close to CrabTrap and Pompano Joes its not walkable for kids under 6. And loved having beach chair and umbrella service each day... with your extra chairs and beach towels it worked perfectly! Great time was had by all!

Outstanding Property! Wish I was still there!

I hate to share how wonderful this place is because I wish it could be our secret. This place was absolutely perfect. The view was better than the VRBO photos even showed, the amenities were great, the location, and the quality of the condo. I cannot say enough good things. On top of all of it, this was the most attentive and caring host we've ever had. If I could give this place 100 stars, that wouldn't even be enough. Don't hesitate to book this place, you'll have the best time! Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Perfect distance to the beach

The property was very clean, even though they were going through some maintenance upgrades. The construction staff was very courteous. We liked the location of this unit because it was close to both the beach and local restaurants. Everything was within walking distance.

Everything we could ask for

The property was outstanding! There was ample space for our entire family: six adults, to children, and one toddler. Beautiful view of the area and beach. Sunset views were outstanding! Easy access to the beach and neighboring restaurants. Despite some technical issues, the owners and property manager were quick to respond and make amends. We plan to stay here again!

Beautiful beaches and close to reataurants

We loved the condo. Plenty of space and had great starters of laundry soap, dish soap etc. They thought of everything to may the stay enjoyable! The beaches are the best we’ve been to in the U.S. Soft sand and clean! We will be back!

There really couldn’t be a better location
beach & pool access were very convenient. There were 2 beach chairs & umbrella setup for the unit by the beach service ready each day. Sunsets on the balcony can’t be beat!Unit was well furnished and had all the basics covered.

Great condo!!

We had a fabulous stay! Condo was well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beach service included with condo. There were several nice beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. Large balcony with lots of seating. Will definitely stay here again!

A great condo

This condo was perfect for our group of 10. It was clean, had everything you could need, and was close to everything. The walk across the street was easy access to the pool and beach. Sheila was great to work with and was flexible with checkin time since we were arriving early that day. I highly recommend this great spot!

Fall Break

This is our second time staying at this condo in Leeward Key. Both times have been wonderful. The condo has a great layout with plenty of room for extended family, well stocked kitchen appliances, awesome location to restaurants, and direct beach access. The beach chairs were a great addition!! We will be back for our third trip very soon!

Great vacation cut short

We had a great time. This place has everything you need. It was too bad we had to leave a couple of days early due to hurricane coming from the gulf. No complaints everyone still had a blast.

Almost perfect

Except for the bunk room were all the mattresses there were horrible to sleep on and one of the boxsping was unbearably noisy that made us end up buying and sleeping on air mattresses instead those mattresses everything else was good. Pretty place, great location, quiet, kitchen full equipped. I also give them 4 stars for cleaning because one of the showers curtains was dirty and the dishwasher was full of dishes that we had to wash because they looked dirty and then empty the entire dishwasher so we can use it.

A wonderful Experience
