This upscale, gated, family friendly complex is located directly across the street from the beautiful gulf waters and white sand beach. A 2-minute walk directly across the street with a convenient crosswalk and easy boardwalk access. It features a seasonally heated pool and hot tub (and handicap lift), beach access right across the street, elevator access, grill stations and luggage cart for easy loading/unloading.

Our 3 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy an open floor plan and comfortably furnished bedrooms where everyone can relax. Inviting décor and beautiful hardwoods throughout. The main living space has plenty of comfortable seating for the family to enjoy watching a movie together. It flows seamlessly with an open floor plan connecting the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated with stunning granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances, our fully equipped kitchen is stocked with the all the cookware, dishware and utensils you need to prepare your family’s favorite meals, and includes two coffee makers, toaster and blender. Our large dining room table seats 7 and there are 4 additional barstools at the breakfast bar. The master suite has a king bed and features an in-suite master bath with dual sink vanity surrounded by an elegant granite countertop, large soaking tub, separate shower, and a private water closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third guest bedroom offers two double beds. The guest bathroom is accessible from the hallway and offers a single vanity surrounded by an elegant granite countertop along with a tub/shower combination. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations for 2. The living room and all 3 bedrooms feature flat screen smart TVs, so whether you are looking for a family movie night or a quiet evening to relax with your “must watch” shows you will have the space. Direct TV and free WiFi provide hours of entertainment when everyone is ready to unwind. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit. A spacious pantry gives you plenty of room to stock groceries and other essentials. For your convenience, we also have an iron/ironing board available near the washer and dryer.

Our private covered balcony, which offers a “peek” of the gulf, will be a perfect place to start your day or unwind after a full day of fun at the beach. The balcony is equipped with a table and two chairs.

All linens and towels are provided but please remember to bring your own beach towels. We also provide a complementary starter kit for your first 24 hours which includes: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, mini dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand/bath soap.

PARKING: Complex parking on-site (1 vehicle only to be parked on-site at the B402 designated spot during high season - March 1-October 31). Off-site parking for additional vehicles available at Geronimo RV Park (around the corner 0.3 miles). During off-season months (Nov 1 - Feb 28), an additional vehicle can be parked on-site.

Premium location, with close access to great food at the best restaurants (Surf Hut, Royal Palm Grill and Whale’s Tail within walking distance), state parks, 30A, Baytowne Wharf, five first-rate golf courses, coastal dune lakes, and Silver Sands Premium outlets, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 stores is less than a mile away. Destin Commons is about 4 miles and has eateries, upscale shopping, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops, and Whole Foods. Grand Boulevard Town Center, known for finest shopping and dining, just off Emerald Coast Parkway is 2 miles away and offers everything from the best stores and restaurants to a movie theater. Dining options include P. F. Chang's China Bistro, Grimaldi’s Pizza, Tommy Bahama Restaurant, The Craft Bar, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. For the Snorkeling lovers, Dolphin Reef is located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), and it is a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. If you love to bike or walk, get on the wonderful 5-mile bike/walking path which runs along Scenic Gulf Drive right in front of our complex. Along the path you will find shops, restaurants, bike/scooter rentals, and outdoor/beach equipment rentals. Everything you may need can be found nearby including grocery stores, pharmacies and even a fresh seafood market. The popular 30A is only 5 miles away with many restaurants, bike paths, local art shops, etc.. In Destin, a short drive away, you can find a waterpark (seasonal), arcade, and go-carts for the kids. Also in Destin, at the Harborwalk, you can find parasailing, jet ski rentals, deep fishing, boat tours, boat rentals, etc..
