Fun & Relaxing Family Vacation
Property was clean and location was perfect. We loved the views from the porch and both balconies. Management company was very responsive and even reached out on day 2 to make sure we didn’t need anything! Both checkin and checkout were easy. Zero complaints about anything. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Leaking roof/termites
The property was located in a great location. There are many family activities you can do and several restaurants in walking distance from the property which we loved. As far as the property, there is a leaking roof which caused water to leak in two of the bedrooms. My kids were very uncomfortable because of this.There were also alot of termites in the master bedroom and master bathroom. Please fix this so other guests will not have to go through what we did.

We had a fun and relaxing time! Baytowne was great and we loved that all we had to do was go out the door and go a few steps and there were shops, restaurants, the bay, live music and entertainment, pools, tennis, golf. Everything at your fingertips and trips on the trolley to the beach daily were great. Our family had a wonderful time. The rental team and manager were great answering any questions we had and answered promptly and were veryhelpful and friendly. The rental was very clean and very well maintained. We definitely recommend this rental condo and will return in the future!

Perfect location. Unit needs some maintenance work on it. Both bedrooms on 2nd level have extensive water damage to the ceilings. Both porches need cleaning as well. Found dirty dishes in cabinets and in dishwasher upon arrival. Dishwasher and wine fridge have terrible smell in both of them as well.

Unexpected damages upon arrival.
Found perfect place within Baytowne and Marina view but upon arrival the property had severe water damage in second floor bedrooms and ceiling damaged which was falling apart along with mildew smell. Not sure why this was not caught prior to our arrival. We got moved to another unit which did not have the view we wanted nor the close vicinity of the baytowne shops and marina. We made the best of it the best we could.
