Family vacay

Great condo. Clean and nice furniture and decor. Kitchen was good and all the beds slept great! Only drawback for us was the crowded beach due to having public beach access right in front of condo, but still nice beach. Destin area is getting so overcrowded but nothing against the condo. It was very nice.

It was a beautiful place. Very spacious. The only problem was the dead roaches and we didn’t know how which garage to park in because it wasn’t in the portal. Lastly, it rained the entire weekend and on the last day we finally was able to do some activities but couldn’t come back to the room because of early checkout.

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was slightly delayed due to last minute cleaning crew change and unit wasn't cleaned quite as well as it could have been, but it was understandable due to the circumstances. Very laid back and family oriented with a good view of the gulf. Located across from the public beach, so it was a busy area. We loved the unit, exactly what the photos depicted and was very spacious and nicely decorated.

We enjoyed our short, but much needed getaway. This property was perfect for our family and we will definitely be back. The location is central to everything. Very clean and comfortably decorated. We did notice that the wall decal on patio needs some attention, and unsure if that has been noticed, but it was such a minor detail. I can tell that the owner/property maanger care about the comfort of their guests.

Steps away from the most beautiful beach!

The app and the check in/ check out process was the best as well as the activities brochure! Location was great for toddlers not too busy and congested like other beaches in the area! Will be booking through Newman-Daley again.

Condo was great!!! Able to accommodate all of our family comfortably. Trash dumpster was inconveniently located and we were not made aware of where to dispose of until angry homeowner escorted daughter-in-law with our trash. Made for unpleasant evening.

Our five night stay was great!! We all had a great time!

The property was just looked llike in the pictures. Very roomy, especially for the grandkids to get some indoor playtime. The master suite was super nice with attached bath and the king bed was very comfortable. If and when we come that way again, we would stay here for the second time! Thanks for the wonderful stay in the Sunshine state!

Great Getaway!

We loved the property- one of the only things that I needed assistance on was taken care of right away. To note for the future- the beach chairs and umbrella are quite a bit farther away than we thought they would be (all the way down in front of pompano Joes) instead of just right across the street from the condo.
