Best location on old scenic 98. New beach access 3 min walk. Incredible sunsets!

Beautiful private townhouse located across the street from the sugar sand beaches !! Our townhouse is in a small beachfront community called Summerhaven. This quiet townhouse community is located on famous old scenic 98 in Miramar Beach. The location is fantastic. Plenty of restaurants/bars that are within 2 miles of the house. There are two beach access points which are both less than a 3-minute walk. Make a left out of our road and you are 50 feet to the newest beach access in the area.

This townhouse was just recently renovated. We have new floors throughout and new cabinets and countertops. We also have new appliances, and all the furniture is new. There are new Roku TVs in each room. We built a deck off the living room and fenced it in to provide our guests with plenty of privacy. It is a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or nighttime beverage. Need to catch up on some work
no problem. Take your laptop to the private balcony off the master bedroom or go downstairs to the private deck area and enjoy some peace and quiet with great wifi to knock out some work before the family gets up.

Our guests love the two parking spots directly in front of the unit. No waiting in long lines for elevators or dealing with grumpy gatekeepers before allowing check in. You will love how easy it is to get in and out of our property.

This home is pet friendly making it an easy decision to bring the dog for the family trip. We do charge a $150 pet fee per dog and we can accommodate another accordingly per size/weight for an additional fee.

**** We have a coded schlage lock. This is the only lock to be utilized during your stay. For your safety, we have a door knob lock that locks from the inside only. If you engage this lock and leave you will not be able to re enter. We would then have to call a locksmith and charge you the fee. Please supervise children around these locks. They not intended for play. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I tell everyone that the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen take place on old 98 between our road and Whales Tail which is a local favorite beach bar. It is truly spectacular!! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. I look forward to hosting you and thanks for checking us out.

It was a nice comfortable stay. I enjoyed the area and quick walk to the beach. I would recommend doing some shopping because the host did not offer guest snacks & limited toilet paper for us.

This townhouse was reasonably priced for the location (3 minute walk to the beach entrance). It needs a deep clean, the upstairs was very hot , and the bath towels were folded up wet when we checked in so I had to wash before using. We would go stay again given these above mentioned were addressed.

Best place I’ve stayed in Miramar!!

The property we stayed at was very clean and close to the beach. It is close enough to walk; however, we drove because we brought a lot of stuff (we never had trouble finding free parking either)! Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Miramar.

No closet space for bedrooms, broken couch in living room, renovating going on, but condo was clean.

The living room couch seemed broken, there was a large dip/hole directly in the middle, uncomfortable to sit in. Thank goodness for the extra chairs in the living room. So initially, there were just us 3, but last minute we helped my daughter's teammate by allowing her to stay with us. Girls were unloading their items when we noticed closets were locked. We contacted Host and was told that there was ample storage regardless. Two drawers for 2 girls & no closet, was not ideal...they had their travel bags, shoes, clothes all over the floor. It would be ideal to be able to put these things away, especially bags, shoes, clothing. We lent them the rolling rack that was provided in our room being that there is a full size dresser in the master. I hung my blouse & folded everything else, which normally we hang. The lock did stick upon arrival but was promptly fixed next day, due to batteries. They were renovating next door, which is no fault of anyone, but it was a little upsetting (loud & scary, being that it was new surroundings) for our dogs, so my husband and I took turns on who would watch our daughter play her last Senior games with her team. Parks didn't allow dogs, unlike some parks in prior years. That time we could have spent as a family at the ballpark will be missed. Some of these things are easy fixes. Lastly, communicating through VRBO website/app is not the best, there were times site was lagging on messages & didn't know if host was receiving mine.

Clean place but would not stay again

We stayed at this townhome during the 4th of July weekend. Pros: 1. The place was sparkling clean. 2. Location. Location. Location is great. 3. They allow small size pets. Cons: 1. The place is really old, the stairs are very old, and you can hear noises when you climb them. 2. The plaster is falling from the ceiling in the master bathroom. 3. The sofa in living room is covered with a white sheet because maybe (?) it is very old and dirty. 4. In the kitchen, I saw many cockroaches, some of them very large. 5. There was no shampoo or even a shower gel. 6. One really important hygiene detail, there is no toilet brush in any of the toilets. Unfortunately I expected a bit more for paying $3k for 6 nights, but it’s not a bad place. Would probably not stay again.

Cozy and comfy

When looking for a place to stay for the World Series in Destin, I did not want a condo. We have 4 kids and need room to stretch and this townhouse was perfect. Everything we needed was provided and we loved the close proximity to the beach. I booked the house and my husband said several times that it was perfect for what we needed! It was a great getaway! Family Vacation

My sister and I stayed here with our five children (19, 12, 10, 9, & 8) plus my little dog. It was the perfect spot for our trip! The public access was an easy 5 minute walk & there were restaurants and stores within walking distance as well. My little dog and I also enjoyed our early morning walks along the boardwalk overlooking the shoreline. The condo was very clean and decorated tastefully and appeared to have been recently renovated! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large enough and stocked well enough to cook simple meals. Having our own washer and dryer on site was very convenient! Overall our stay was very nice and I plan to book again in the future.

Cute Townhome

My husband and I decided to go to Miramar beach for a few days. I saw this cute townhome and thought it would be perfect for my husband, myself, and our French bulldog. The townhome was very clean and the host Jonelle, was very accommodating. If we come back to Miramar Beach we will definitely be staying here again.

Hidden away beach townhouse

Our trip to Destin was great! Awesome communication with host, clean home and property. The location is secluded off of the main road, but very close and within walking distance to the beach and food, although we drove because it was 95°. Our host Jonelle offered great recommendations for food and fun activities for the family. The beaches were just as beautiful/clean as I imagined. Overall we were very pleased with our stay 😁

Perfect for us!

My husband and I were very pleased with this rental property! Very clean, cutely decorated and perfect size for my husband and I! Master bedroom was very comfortable and nice! The owner was extremely communicative and helpful! Because of the hurricane headed toward Florida, the automatic lock stopped responding. The owner was very helpful and prompt and got the issue resolved extremely quick! If we ever come back to the area again, we will definitely look for this rental again! Thank you!

Townhouse is clean and decorated so nice. Beds were clean and comfortable. Owner was so easy to communicate with and is so nice! Townhouse location is closer to beach access than we thought. Location is so convenient to the beach access as well as shops. Our family (our pup included) enjoyed the house and our stay! We would stay again and definitely recommend!

Townhouse very close to beach

This townhouse is a short walk to the beach. It is recently updated and has the most comfortable bed. It has everything you need in the kitchen if you plan on cooking some meals. However, no ice maker or ice trays so plan accordingly. Washer/ dryer were a nice addition. Host was very responsive. We did have an issue with the second bathroom shower but it didn’t impact our stay. We didn’t have access to any closets which was a bummer because my husband was working and we had clothes to hand up. Overall location was awesome and there are so many places to walk too.
