I brought my high school baseball team, coaches and their families for 5 days. It was incredible. The pool was convenient. The beach is so close you can hear the waves. The boardwalk access is less than 25 yards from the house. The water is beautiful. The house was amazing. There was more than enough room for everyone and everything was clean. The grill worked great and the little kids loved the outside sand area and playground. On top of all that, the house is centrally located to a lot of things to do and places to eat. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone and would totally stay here again if we ever have a similar trip near Destin.

This place was wonderful!! Better than I had hoped for. We had our 3 daughters each with their own families, my sister and brother in law and another brother who all stayed here. There were 5 kids 5 and under. Everyone was comfortable and the house was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. The house was so family friendly couldn’t have been better. Kids swam and played on the jungle gym. And was in a great location - close to everything. Would stay here again without hesitation. Loved it! And they had a very nice supply of necessities for us ie: garbage bags, paper towels soaps everything. Highly recommend this property.

My overall experience with the host, down to waking up early to watch the sunrise and hearing the waves at my terrace door. I slept every night with my terrace door open. That’s how peaceful my stay was. The host was amazing helpful, not that I needed much. My only issue was that I couldn’t afford to pay for the heated pool because it was ice cold. Other than that I enjoyed my time there. Thanks again

The host had very good communication, sending reminders of the option to heat the pool, trash schedule, check in and out schedules. Also, there was an abundance of dish washing tablets, trash bags, and toilet paper which have been minimal at previous rentals.

Beautiful home, great location , awesome host ! Looking forward to the next time we can stay here ! Lots of extras as far as pool toys, floats and beach toys , chairs , boogie boards, wagon , umbrella, etc. Susan is phenomenal! Answers any and all questions promptly and very accommodating!!! Where do I start??? This house was amazing! Every detail was carefully thought out. We had 5 families, one with an infant and one with two toddlers. There was PLENTY of room and privacy for everyone. We cooked at the house several nights and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking for large groups. The location was perfect. Literally steps from the beach and all beach accessories were provided from a wagon to cart all your belongings to a nice size tent for shade and beach chairs and towels. The pool was a nice plus to relax in after a day at the beach. The location was so convenient to grocery, liquor and we walked to the outlet mall. Would highly recommend this property to anyone with large families looking for a convenient, clean place to stay. The hosts were also amazing checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. We will definitely be back!

The property was perfect for our family of 11. We had parents and grandchildren ranging in age from 1 to 12 years. It was well equipped with beach gear, cribs and even a high chair. The pool was the highlight for all of us and we were a short distance from the most beautiful beach. It was clean and well stocked with supplies from paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and garbage bags. We highly recommend choosing this property for your next family gathering.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials that we needed; the bathrooms also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was nice. We had easy access to the beach; this house is right by the boardwalk. I love that they had beach towels available for us to use and beach chairs, bogie boards and many other things with a wagon to haul them to the beach. The host Mitch & Susan are very easy to work with and stayed in touch with us to see if we needed anything or if they could help. We sure did appreciate it. Thanks for hosting our family.

Great House! enough room for my family. lots of cooking utensils. had a few surprises with the pull out sofas with cleanliness. housekeeping should make sure there is no food, crumbs etc. furniture and mattresses can be updated mainly the front king room mattresses definitely need to be replace, they are very uncomfortable. 7 nights of uncomfortable sleep. but overall VERY NICE PROPERTY.

Location to beach is great. It’s as close as you can get without being beachfront. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 8 kids. Prompt and responsive communication with the host. All the beach and pool items you need are there. Thanks for a wonderful week!

My family loved this location and our host was so attentive to all our needs. We had so much room, enjoyed cooking together, playing games, and the location was perfect for the kids who were able to go back and forth from the house to the beach. We felt safe. We loved having he crib, high chair and pack and play for our youngest grandchild. I highly recommend this booking and we plan to visit again next year. Our family enjoyed every minute! Turner Vacation 2025

We absolutely LOVED this house! Location to the beach is even closer than depicted in the listing. We rented a golf cart for the week because I am very pregnant and we thought the walk would be longer than it was! The house was in wonderful condition. The property manager was more than helpful, Very responsive, and easy to reach when needed! We might outgrow this house since we were with extended family, but would definitely rent again on our next family vacation if we all still fit! Thank you for a great week!

Winter Get-A-Way

Home was perfect size and arranged for multiple families comfort. From TV's in all rooms, coffee makers and refrigeration on all floors, upgraded toiletries in every bathroom and individual thermostats on each floor, there was nothing to do but enjoy our vacation.Location was exceptional for beach, shopping and dinning.Chairs, towels and wagon provided for the short trip to the beach and the private pool was professionally cleaned each week.Hosts were very welcoming and responsive to our questions and needs.We will definitely stay here again.
