Welcome to Mermaid Manor! Relax in this Caribbean style home with a Carriage House with views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Master Bedroom and deck off the 3rd floor. Located in the upscale gated community of Caribe. This distinguished neighborhood has a guard gate, tennis courts, with two (2) out door heated pools, a lake and this home is just three (3) houses down from the path to the beach!

The main home features 3BR & 31/2BA and the Carriage House features 1BR & 1BA with a kitchenette. Located on the first floor is the kitchen, living room and 1BR/BA with a queen bed. Located on the second floor is the Master Bedroom which has king bed and a steam shower & Whirlpool tub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and has its own bathroom. The The third floor has a sitting area with a balcony and chairs to enjoy the gulf view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless still appliances, Keurig coffee maker, Nutribullet, AirFryer and grill press. Everything you need to make your gourmet meals.

The Carriage house has bunk beds a kitchenette and one bath.

All bedrooms open up to a private balcony.

There is a gas grill located off the kitchen/LR area balcony.

Mermaid Manor has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! The only thing missing is YOU!

Mermaid Manor did not disappoint!

It was amazing! The house is perfect! It’s gorgeous! All large rooms. Each bedroom has private bathroom. Plus the carriage house with beds and bath. We absolutely love the neighborhood and private beach. We love that it feels like home, and the gate keeper is there 24/7. When I say private.. I mean maybe 20-30 ppl on the beach in our section at one time this entire week. Short maybe 2 min walk to the water. We have already started planning our trip next year. We can not wait! The property manager was amazing and responded quickly when we had a small issue that was quickly taken care of. (Normal happenings/ no one’s fault).

Great location!

Super family vacation. House was close to walkway to beach. Gated neighborhood but this house backs up to Camp Gulf-was a little loud some nights. House is sparsely furnished in living area. Tile floors with no rugs made it very loud and no throws made it cold but found extra blanket in Casita. Could use more patio furniture on front porch and on balconies. Also, kitchen sink was large but, be warned, there’s no garbage disposal! We used the collander to prep meals and clean up. Management Company was exceptional and quickly responded to our queries. Have stayed in the neighborhood for many years in different homes & the nice guys at security are ALWAYS helpful. Would quickly stay here again.

Serene!!

What a wonderful, perfect quite place to go and just relax with the family. And to have the beach literally steps away was just amazing for all of us. We took advantage of the community pool and the tennis court. Thank you for answering our ?’s quickly and to the point. Thank you again for a clean place to decompress from the stresses that everyone is dealing with and knowing that we can feel safe going there! Oh yeah the neighbors across the street are a hoot!!
