My wife and I were there 3 nights/4 days and our room was never cleaned. When we attempted to request for room service on 2/14, we were told “rooms are cleaned every other day and our room was on the list to be cleaned that day.” We left the hotel at 10:30a and returned at 9p to an uncleaned room. A call was made to the front desk, and clean towels & bathing clothes were delivered. Trash was not emptied nor were the sheets on the bed changed…not cool!!!

The room was amazing!!! Clean, very large, and having a full kitchen was awesome. The staff is very friendly, so welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to feel spoiled.
