WALK TO BEACH Condo - Sleeps 6

Sandprints Condo is one block north of the famous Pompano Joe’s Seafood Restaurant, the most beautiful sugar sand beaches, and emerald water, where you can enjoy open air dining experiences with live music and breathtaking sunsets!!!

This 2 story unit sleeps 6, with 2.5 baths, a queen in the master, 2 twins in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Large living room, full kitchen, 6-person dining room, large breakfast bar area with 3 stools, breakfast room with 2 stools, & flat screen TV’s in living room and each bedroom. The outdoor balcony from the kitchen and the wrap around balcony from the master bedroom, both have a view of the gulf and the pool. Washer/dryer, cable, and Wi-Fi are all provided.

You'll love the beautifully landscaped pool area, which is complete with several grills where you can prepare Destin’s local fresh seafood. Rent a boat, paddle board, parasail, play golf, or stumble upon a treasure on one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. Only a short drive to Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Harbor Boardwalk, and many world-famous restaurants. Sandprints Condominiums is one of the best central locations in Destin, Florida!

My family has been owners in Sandprints since they were built in the 80’s. Sandprints was my second home growing up and I wouldn’t have wanted to my own condo anywhere else. I love Sandprints! My mother and cousin both currently reside in the complex. If you are in need of any additional services, such as transportation, babysitting, grocery shopping, because who wants to waste their vacation time going to the store? Why not have the refrigerator and pantry stocked with all the things you need prior to your stay?!? Or even preparing meals while you enjoy the sunset on the beach, please feel free to inquire and arrangements may be available at an additional cost.

Absolutely the Best Place

This was mine and my family's first vacation since my son is stationed there, so I spent a lot of time looking for the best place for us to stay. I came across this condo and I immediately fell in love with it. Considering my family and I live off the South Texas coastal beaches, we knew how important it was to be in a space that offered the coastal feel, outdoor patios that were near ground level, and had close beach access. We needed a space that was spacious, yet felt cozy. This condo offered that and more. When we first arrived, we honestly felt like it was to good to be true. It looked exactly like the pictures and came with extra accommodations that we were not expecting. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, sitting on the patio with beautiful views & coastal wind, sitting at the dining room table for family game nights, using the chairs/cooler/ umbrella that made our beach day much better, and comfortable night sleeps in every room. Not to mention being within walking and very short driving distance to some of the best restaurants in Destin, such as the Crab Trap. The food, atmosphere, and location was five star. To top it off, the host was so nice and willing to answer any of my questions I had from start to finish. This condo was one of the biggest reasons we had the best time. We can't wait to go back. Very close to a beautiful beach

The unit is very well maintained. The owner provided everything we needed. Linens and more than enough pillows were a bonus. The beds slept well. The water pressure was amazing. It is literally steps away from public beach access. Note: both bedrooms and washer/dryer are upstairs as well as the unit is a 2nd floor unit (be mindful if steps are an issue). Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the communication with the owner. Christini made sure we were well provided for. We would definitely stay here again!

Home Away From Home!

Very well appointed kitchen with all the necessities and then some, great appliances, comfortable beds and ample towels, short 5 min. walk to beach, AirCon and heater worked very well, loved having the 1/2 bath on the 1st floor off the living space, pool beautiful and well cared for, prompt replies from condo owner when needed, in short this condo felt like a home rather than a beach rental. Highly recommend this condo to a family,! Loved the short walk to Pompano Joe's eatery/outdoor bar, Silver Sands shopping outlets just a short drive down the road! Highly recommend this condo rental!

Home away from home

Our stay was great! Nice and clean. Had everything we needed for our family. Not far from beach at all. Nice walk to and from. Also close to things around us if you didn’t want to go to beach. Christini was so helpful with check in and checkout and questions during our stay. Will be looking forward to staying here next year if possible !

Adorable place!

We loved our stay in this condo, was actually cuter in person than in the pics! Was decorated so cute and had just about everything you could need while on vacation! Only suggestion I’d make would be a few more channels on the cable, you know for night time. But we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great get away!

The condo is decorated perfectly and updated too! It’s a short walk to the beach and the host provided chairs, umbrella and a rolling cart to carry it all! The host was extremely accessible and immediate with her responses. Will definitely stay again.

Christini was awesome from start to finish. Our vacation was coming to an end, we decided to stay another night. I found this gem and I wish we would have booked this location from the start. My daughters (2 teenagers) and I had our first girls get away. This place was just right for us. A short walk to the beach and reasonable drive to everything else we did. The accommodations were spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. This place exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This place was the perfect rental for a beach get away. It is very clean and cozy. It’s a close and easy walk to the beach and has a great pool that doesn’t get overcrowded. It’s close to a number of great places to eat. Pompano Joe's is walking distance and offers great food, drinks, and live music. We will definitely be back.

The condo looks just like it does in the pictures. Completely updated, clean, and the beachy feel we were looking for. We had plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves at home. The owner was extremely helpful in answering all emails prior to our trip so we knew exactly what we needed to bring and what we didn't. There is a beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys available which I wish I had asked about before we packed all ours. Would have saved room in the car. Overall a great experience and we are already planning our trip next year. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect Location!!

The location is perfect and the condo is beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice! Christini was very accommodating, checking in to make sure we arrived safe, allowed us to check in early, and gave us some great tips and places to visit. If you stay here, you need to go to Cabana Cafe and listen to the lady and the guy on the keyboard play, they are amazing!! And the food is great!! We would highly recommend staying at this condo!! We will definitely be back next year!!
