Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Southgate Village townhome, perfectly located just a 5-minute drive south of downtown Moab. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, our pet friendly home offers ideal access to all of Moab’s top attractions, including Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, world-class mountain biking and hiking trails, thrilling 4-wheeling adventures, and more.

Our townhome features an open-concept floor plan, a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for family or group meal prep, and a cozy gas fireplace in the main living space. Step outside to the ground-level patio, where you can enjoy outdoor dining with seating and a gas grill. The two-car garage includes an extended-height overhead door—perfect for jeeps!—and there’s additional driveway space for up to two vehicles, plus plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles.

The master bedroom boasts a private deck with stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Rim—seriously, the VIEW is amazing! Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bed and an attached bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs (see configuration below) offer cozy beds and share a well-appointed bathroom, making this home perfect for families or groups of friends.

Our home is part of a wonderful community that offers plenty of amenities to enhance your stay! Take a refreshing dip in the community pool (heated and open seasonally from April to October) or enjoy a relaxing soak in the year-round hot tub after a day of exploring Moab’s stunning landscapes. For families traveling with little ones, the community playground provides the perfect spot for kids to burn off energy while enjoying the fresh desert air.

With ample space for the kids or multiple groups of friends, our townhome is the perfect desert getaway. We also manage another home in this community—if you’re traveling as a group and need multiple rentals close together, please reach out! We offer a special group discount for multiple bookings.

This property was wonderful and exactly as advertised. It’s very close to downtown Moab and all of the hiking locations we visited. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The check in process was easy and my dog was excited to find a welcome basket with balls, bowls, a blanket, and dog bags waiting for him. The kitchen had everything imaginable (and more). The outdoor patio, backyard, and upstairs decks were perfect for enjoying relaxing evenings and seeing the stars. The bedrooms were comfortable and the property management team was prompt and helpful in quickly resolving the one issue we faced. I can’t wait to stay here again soon.

I had problems with the door code but called and they picked up on the first ring gave me a backup code and remote unlocked the door so we could get in right away. We loved our stay. The property was very clean and in an ideal location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The house had tons of space for our family of 4 and we could have easily added 4 more to our party and still have plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Moab. The check in and check out processes were seamless. The only minor knock is there is not much outdoor space as shown in the photos, but this did not impact our stay as we spent most of our time exploring the parks & city.

Great rental in a beautiful location!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this lovely duplex vacation rental for a weekend of cycling. Spotlessly clean throughout, fast WiFi, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, great deck, even had a bike work stand and tools! Excellent location for all sorts of riding as well. The owner, Lucy, was also great to deal with and is a fellow cyclist. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come back.

Beautiful Moab Condo Close to National Parks

Charming, spacious, and modern 3bed/2.5bath unit, tastefully decorated. Our family very much enjoyed our stay here while we visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks before heading south to see Monument Valley. There is an upstairs patio with views of the local mountains, also great for star gazing at night. Owner was friendly and helpful and even provided updates and directions on road closures. What a great place to stay if you're ever visiting the Moab area!

Great property. Awesome location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to park a trailer for a Jeep or a razor. The garage door is plenty high as well for a lifted Jeep. Works out great. Will rent again.

We enjoyed this home for four nights while we toured around Moab and the national parks. It was a great location! The home is quiet and clean. It looked like the listing. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared well-stocked. They even gave you a coffee starter kit! The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings and the mornings! Check-in and check-out process was easy. My favorite part is they don't have a page full of chores for you to do when you leave! They just ask you to do a couple of common-sense things. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

Stayed with family and relatives in this wonderful home for 5 nights during spring break. What a wonderful place to relax and unwind after spending time exploring Moab, Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park! Kids loved the place and wanted to stay longer. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances and electronics were in working order. Lucy was very responsive to any questions I had during and before arrival.
