I was not able to stay at this property because I was never given access codes to enter the property. Also, I was not able to contact the host or Vrbo to gain access. I have as yet been reimbursed for the reservation.

We didn't stay
Contacted the host when we arrived for check in details and were told there was a glitch and the property was double booked. While we were waiting outside, the other occupant showed up and said they've already checked in. They said there was a front unit, which they were supposed to be in, and a back unit, which they took instead, but we were supposed to have. They offered to let us take the front space, and gave us the key to the front door because we had somewhere to be. Later, the host demanded i call them, and when i did, they didn't answer. The host contacted me both directly to my phone# and in the app. When we decided not to stay, i informed the host of this and that we'd be requesting a refund. They said they'd accept the refund but not my attitude?! We returned the key to the lockbox on the door Fri night and i let the host know. That was my last contact with them. The host messaged again this morning, saying we were never permitted to be in the front space and that we've caused all sorts of problems. We were there for maybe 5 min on Fri. I did not respond, but I've contacted customer support and sent screen shots of our communications. 0/10 Don't recommend.
