This pretty 19th century villa has been completely renovated and divided into 5 apartments (one is occupied by the owner). Rustic furnishings. The complex is situated in a quiet panoramic position with a beautiful view of the Chiana Valley. All guests have at their disposal a large park, a beautiful panoramic terrace, pool and barbecue. Wine and olive oil of own production are available on site. Just a few kilometers away is the beautiful town of Cortona. ITA310 is on 2 levels (ground floor+1.st.). ITA308 and ITA309: 1st floor. Crib on request. Shared washing machine. On the day of arrival guests will receive Tuscan specialties.

Ein echtes no go!!

Wir sind nach Besichtigung des Apartments und Hauses sofort wieder abgereist: - Mobililiar alt, kaputt, ungepflegt, fleckig, eklig - im ganzen Haus roch es sehr unangenehm (deutlich: es stank) - Bad völlig runtergekommen und eklig - Poolwasser komplett grün und unbenutzbar, der Wasserstand erreichte nicht mal die Filteranlage - die Gastgeberin unfreundlich - und auch sie roch sehr unangenehm, ihr Hund war nett - hatte aber Flöhe - Realität und Fotos des Objektes stimmen so gar nicht überein

Ferien im Schlosspark

Wer den einfachen und unkomplizierten Urlaub sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Domizil stellt eine faszinierende Mischung aus Schloss und Bauernhof dar. Besonders außergewöhnlich ist die Einrichtung der Wohnungen mit Antiquitäten, wie auch eine Art Schlosspark mit ca. 200 Jahre altem Bäumen, die dem großzügig bemessenem Swimmingpool ein natürliches Dach gegen die Sonne bitten. Ein Haus, wie die Toskana selbst. Va bene?- Va bene! Mille grazie Nicoletta
